    This property was very stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the woods and ocean. Short walk to beach area or drive to beach and $10 all day in/out parking. Had all the needs in kitchen and linens. Nice quiet backyard, two decks front and back. Very Very clean house. Thank You for all you've done. Liked the fact it was towards end of street closer to nature.

    A beautiful and cozy place, the family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious despite it's size. The only real issue we had were the doors make for less privacy inside the house. I'm assuming it's to help with airflow, but the doors are thin with open slats, so you can hear everything from either bedroom or bathroom, even if you're standing upstairs. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back.

    not great considering the high price I paid. Bathtub jets didn't work, twin beds poor support needs new mattress, BBQ not kept up, one small shower. Not worth the price charged!

    We had a lovely stay at Camp David. The house is located in a quiet beach neighborhood within a short walking distance to Dillon Beach. Our dog loves Dillon beach and she loved to meet everyone from friendly neighbors to any passerby. We love to eat at the local restaurant and picked up a few things at Dillon Beach Market. The house was very comfortable as were the beds. Perfect for our family of 3 and our dog.

    We always find that this Dillion Beach spot is our perfect weekend escape from the Sacramento area. The natural lighting of the upstairs space keeps us coming back. Thank you for sharing!

    The decor is cohesive and attractive, the kitchen is well stocked (though bring your own coffee and other basic cooking supplies if you plan on cooking), the vibe is easy-breezy-homey-comfy. I love the houses in the old village part of Dillon, close to a wonderful general store and coffee bar, close to the beach for those long walks... so I give this location an A, even as there's only a tiny bit of ocean view. Bathrooms and primary bedroom suites are just perfect. Everything super clean and tidy, instructions and communication clear.

    It's our second time at Camp David...and just like the first time...we had a great time! It is a fantastic location, close to the store and the beach and it is the perfect size for a family of four plus our dog, Bailey!!

    House super clean, excellent location, easy walk to store. 3 TO 5 Minutes to beach. Parking for 2 small cars, if you drive a full size truck, parking could be tight. Everything you need. Only 1 shower, but large tub if needed. Will stay here again.

    Very nice home in a great town. It was a simple check-in process and we arrived to find the property was as clean as all the other reviews state. It was clean even for a non-pet property's standards. The location within the neighborhood is good too compared to some other rentals. No one directly behind the house gives a bit more privacy and breathing room than other properties. No house directly in front either. The amenities inside the property were very nice and helped make a relaxing vacation. The locations is great too. I lived on a different part of the CA coast before and Dillon Beach is a nice, tiny town on the coast. If you're looking to get away, this one-way in/one-way out town is it. Dog-friendly private beach was a surprise too. Excellent, unique location on the coast as well.

    This was a great place to stay for our family during our beach trip to Marin County! Highly recommend for families with school-age children. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
