The house is beautiful and everyone said this is where they want to stay if/when they come back. We felt very taken care of with the robes, the coffee/tea bar, the very-well stocked kitche, the kitchen layout diagram, and the look/feel of the house was unmatched. Thank you!!

Stayed Sep 2, 2025This house was great for my family of 7 adults, 4 children. Everything we needed was there. It was comfortable and there was space to sit and visit. The kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to other families.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025Grandview Cottage was lovely in every way. We were walking distance to nearly everything. The grandchildren loved their bedrooms, the fire pit and backyard, and proximity to the Village Square playground. We were able to walk to the chain ferry and ride across the river and then walk up the 303 stairs at Mount Baldhead, then down the dunes to the beach. Super quiet neighborhood and so many choices for meals, yet we enjoyed the kitchen amenities for eating at home, too! Bravo!

Stayed Dec 29, 2024This house was perfect for our family getaway. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL and every detail thought through. So many places to hang out, the porch was great to sit with our coffee in the morning even in the cold. The management company was very communicative and shared a great guidebook before we got there filled with things to do which was awesome. Will definitely look at Art Coast properties again! Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I rented Grandview with four good friends for a girls’ fall weekend trip. This house offers everything we could’ve ever hoped for- a short walk to downtown Saugatuck, a cottage vibe with luxe amenities, a stocked chef’s kitchen and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms! We will be making this an annual event, if it doesn’t book up first!

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Loved the refurbished property and all the small details that are included… such a huge help and savings not to bring / buy several one-time use items! The fire pit was a great time, location is supremely walkable to the town and all it has to offer. Would definitely stay again the next time we come to town.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had the BEST time at Grandview Cottage! The location was amazing and the house was absolutely gorgeous. It was so well-appointed - it had everything we needed to have an amazing weekend, and more! The kitchen was well-stocked, the coffee/tea bar was awesome, there were games for the adults and kids, gorgeous linens & towels (including beach towels!) - I could go on and on. It was one of, if not THE best, stays we've had in Saugatuck. We will definitely be back!
