Your own Private Oasis, pool, hot tub, fire pit on 10 gorgeous acres

The property is extremely beautiful. The place was very clean and a perfect getaway location. The home was nicely decorated. The actual yard and acreage is the real highlight because the giant live oaks are just magical. I had hoped to use the pool but a cold front came through and our 90 degree weather dropped to 60. Oh well, it made for lovely hot tub weather. Our dogs loved the property and I think they are depressed to be home. Since weather turned rainy we decided to spend the evening on the property instead of going out. It was a very relaxing evening . Even got to watch a thunderstorm roll in. The only drawback about staying in is that we used some pots and pans and several dishes. I like staying at Hill Country premier properties VRBO’s, and they require clean dishes when you leave. Not usually an issue, but there is no dishwasher which I didn’t really notice until after we made food. I am not a fan of handwashing dishes and there was no drying rack either. I got all our dishes washed up. But the scrabble to get all the dishes clean and the other tidying before the 10am check out was a bit stressful. But I always prefer a later checkout anyways, lol

Loved every moment of our stay at this wonderful property. From the moment of arrival, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities needed for a perfect getaway.The location was ideal, and the property itself had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere making it feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring everything we needed for a memorable stay.Can't recommend this property highly enough – it truly is a hidden gem. Beautiful property, everything was as described. It’s very secluded and quiet. Sitting in a jacuzzi in a forest is top-tier self-care! I loved every minute and hope to be back soon!

Had a wonderful time. Only complaint was there was not much hot water at one time. You have to space showers out and keep them short.

This property was an ideal getaway for one, two, or a small family. The setting was spacious and SO peaceful. Gorgeous live oaks. I was sorry to leave.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The property is very relaxing and secluded. The deer visits every morning was so neat!

The beds were comfortable and we loved all the wildlife. The deer and the cows were fun to watch and the trees were gorgeous. The price was good for having our own private house, rather than just renting a room or cabin in town. It was close enough to town to do everything, but far enough out to feel quiet and private.The home is a little outdated, but there is a rustic charm to it. It would have been nice to have a toilet paper holder in the bathroom, and a taller faucet so you didn't have to touch the back of the sink to wash your hands.My mom felt like the closets should have had some hangers available, so she bought a pack and we left some in each closet.I really wish there had been a book telling you about the history of the house and giving recommendations of local things to do, or places to eat. We kept seeing the word pool, but wasn't sure if it was referring to the hot tub. There was nothing explaining the grounds and how far you could explore. We saw several fences and didn't want to go anywhere we weren't supposed to, so we stayed close to the house. It's very dark at night, so bring a flash light.

Overall the cabin was very nice. Fun seeing the deer outside and it was super quiet! The one issue was the lack of flow in the faucet in the sink in the bathroom. Very slow and took a long time to get warm water. Could not get any hot water out of the kitchen faucet. The shower also had very low pressure and hot water was ok sometimes and sometimes not. The shower in the pool house had a bad smell.

Loved this property, seeing deer in the mornings was a real treat.

Excellent house and property! House is amazing, nice to be away from crowds but close to town for shopping. Pool is perfect, hot tub was just right. They had the house super clean and they covered all plans to make us feel at home. 10 out of 10 I will be going back time and time again.

We met some friends there for my husbands birthday. The deer greeted us on the first day and hung out the the whole 4 days. The pool was perfect after riding on our motorcycles on a hot day. So many places to check out. I highly recommended this place. Hope to go back soon.

A lovely property. Lots of deer in the morning and the evening. Having to pool all to ourselves made the trip magical for my grandson.

Beautiful scenery and gorgeous views. Overall nice but some things weren’t as expected. Couldn’t find any access to the rest of the acreages, blender was missing pitcher, dishes and cookware needed to be cleaned before using, attempted to use the pool house shower but a horrid stench and the shower drain was bubbling. Beautiful location, just did not live up to expectations in certain areas.

Perfect place if you are looking for a private all in experience. The pool, hot tub and property was clean and ready for us. Got to sit and enjoy coffee and sight of deers every morning and evening. Host is attentive and very clear check in and out instructions. My dog had an amazing time too.

Everything was great but the house could use updated kitchen utensils and pans.

The outside property is gorgeous and very well maintained. The pool and pool house were wonderful and definitely the highlight of our stay. The location to town is great. The house is cozy and just what we needed for our family of three. Our only hope for a future stay would be to have better care towards the cleanliness of the house. The shower curtain liner definitely needs to be replaced and there were food wrappers and crumbs left underneath the couch. Once we gave everything a good wipe down it was an enjoyable stay.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! The front porch is great to watch deer come and go, the pool and hot tub are great!

Really clean, has everything you need, loved the pool--pool is clean and perfect temperature. Quiet neighborhood. Loved seeing all the deer and little wildlife. Very comfortable, great place to catch up with friends. (not too many--only two beds. the bed in the pool house is a fold-down futon--functional, but would have been weird for one person of the group to have to sleep there. there were three of us so 2 of us just shared the bigger bed.) Overall a great stay but I would say sleeps 4, a futon is probably more accurate.

This beautiful property felt like a private oasis! A genuine Texas experience! The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean. We loved watching the deer and going on peaceful evening walks! My favorite vacation rental to date!!!

We wanted to love our trip...The air conditioner broke and we had to leave a night early. Managment company never had maintenance come. I have called and emailed Hill Country Premiere Lodging several times. No response.

I've stayed in a lot of vacation homes over the past several years, and this one is at the very top of the list. We would come back here in a heartbeat. The house itself is very nice, but the fact that it is completely private and nestled away from the outside world on 10 beautiful acres of trees is what makes it a winner. We didn't see a single person the entire time we were there, but we knew the hosts were just a phone call or text away if needed. (But we never needed them.) It was really nice not to have security cameras watching your every move as well. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the hot tub was great, too. Couldn't ask for anything better when it comes to a private getaway.

It was almost perfect, and we’d love to come back sometime! Just be sure to bring your own bath soap! The outdoor trash bins had not been emptied before we arrived, and animals kept getting in it and making a mess. Plus, there was barely any room for our trash.

Just like the Picture. Just right for a Family of 5. Pool area was nice, Hot Tub was a hit, and the House fit our needs for a quick getaway. Check in process and communication was excellent. Retail shops and Food within minutes if you are looking to venture out from the peacefulness.

Reminded me of my grandparents ranch in Mexico. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub & wildlife.

Everything here in this place was perfect for a getaway from city life. A pool with a patio to cookout. Another grill behind house next to a hot tub. Perfect house to relax and look at the stars at night.

Our stay was relaxing. The property was perfectly located from the city center.

First off, we enjoyed our stay. It was a very quiet place. Check in was easy. Just a few items that need attention : Overall the house needed a good cleaning. I actually ended up cleaning it when I arrived. There was no hot water in the sink to clean dishes with The water pressure in the bathroom was barely enough to clean your toothbrush much less yourself in the shower A lot of small items need repair - Old holes in the walls from Outlets, no where to hang bathroom hand towel, pool house was remodeled , but never finished?, door to pool house doss not lock Pool needs attention prior to anyone arriving it was extremely dirty, pump wasn't on, and hand held leaf filter has a hole (so we couldn't even clean it ourselves) Shower in pool house smells like rotten eggs With a little TLC this place would be fabulous.

This property was secluded and quiet. Exactly what we needed

After dealing with replacing all four tires on the way down we arrived pretty late. After exploring what we could in the dark we ventured to bed. It was amazing to wake up here to the beautiful countryside and the pool. The house was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hot tub was a perfect place to relax before bed. We will definitely come back to this place. It was a wonderful stay.

We have stayed here several times now and have always enjoyed the property but this time the house was noticeably dirtier. There were lots of dead bugs and the tile floors needed to be swept or mopped better. We could feel the sand/dirt beneath our feet when we walked around. We also had to re-wash some of the dishes and utensils before we used them because they still had food residue on them. The house doesn’t have a dish washer so they rely on the guests to wash dishes before they leave. Some guests probably do a more thorough job than others. The cabinets and draws also had lots of crumbs and dead bugs in them as well. The pool and hot tub were clean and the property was beautiful but the house needs a deep clean. The kitchen specifically could use it.

This cabin felt really private and secluded, but it is close to everything. We loved the cabin and pool. We especially enjoyed the sounds of nature, the stars and the fireflies. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful & peaceful location with a great mix of shade & sun. The deer are abundant & loved eating the apples we threw out to them. The pool was very clean & refreshing but bring your own floats they don’t provide. Also the hot tub does not heat so there is a separate hot tub by the house. The covered pavilion was great shade for eating lunch and cooling off. The pool house provided a bathroom which was convenient since house was a little walk away, overall great stay but would suggest a deep cleaning on house overall. Many untouched areas need attention. Also would suggest more lighting on walkways since everything is so spread out walking in the dark was a safety concern with steps and gravel areas. Also would suggest a cheap countertop ice machine since refrigerator doesn’t have one. Communication with property on a couple items was good, responsive & kept communication open for anything we needed during our stay.

This was our 3rd time to stay and it never dissapoints. Very relaxing and fun place for the family.

Enjoyed hot tub. Grab bars in shower would be good for seniors. Need toilet paper holder and hand towel holder.

We enjoyed staying here. Lots of land, nice pool with a pool house as a bonus, fire pit for star gazing and smores. We also loved the cow and deer encounters. We will definitely go back and likely stay longer next time.

We are returning guests to this house. We love the privacy of the location and the pool/hot tub
