The home boasts 4 large sliders thatopen the living room and master bedrooms to the pool. 2 guest houses also have large pocket door sliders that open an incredible unrestricted view to the pool. If you enjoy the nightlife we are located just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs. There is no shortage of restaurants, bars, and entertainment throughout the year.

Take the famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to the top of the San Jacinto Mountains to experience dinner, hiking, and a view that will last a lifetime!

Per new Palm Springs Vacation rentals laws the maximum guests allowed are 14. An additional 4 daytime guests are allowed (10a-10p). 6 cars max are allowed at the property at any time.

There is a one time, non-refundable cleaning fee. Daily turndown service is available for an additional fee.

Pool heating is an optional $175 a day which is our utility cost. Jacuzzi heating is complimentary.

No parties or events are allowed at the property.
