This location is great for a show at Allstate Arena! We got to walk to and from the venue which was lovely. Sleeps a large number of folks comfortably! Stocked kitchen and two bathrooms was really nice. Thank you!

This place was just what we needed. Super close to Allstate Arena, lots of food options nearby. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, had everything we needed for our 1 night stay!

Close to O'Hare which was great since we had several folks coming and going at different times. One bedroom was in the basement. A little disappointed with the level of renovation. A good value if you need all 4 bedrooms but not new or super clean. Luggage racks in bedrooms would be nice so that bags don't end up on the floor. Host was really easy to work with, agreeable, and responsive. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook most things including lots of supplies and ingredients.

Spacious, clean, well appointed kitchen with air fryer, good location and communication, we would rent again.

We ended up not cooking or preparing meals while there but everything was set up nicely if we had. Numerous places to eat close by and rooms were very comfortable. I’m not sure when I will be back down to Illinois again but if we do, we’d would definitely stay there again.

The host was very responsive. House was in a nice area and in walking distance to a park and lake.

terrible . will not recommend. walls were filthy . coach pillows filthy . towels old and dingy . and to top it off BED BUGS ! woke up ate up . bites all over my arm. will never return !

I recently stayed at this house and had an amazing experience. The house was really organized and well designed, making it an amazing place to spend time at. The host was amazing, responding quickly whenever I had questions and providing detailed directions that really helped me make the most of my stay. Highly recommend!

House was in good condition with a nice smell throughout. Instructions were left around the house, which made it easy to know what was expected. We got snow the morning of our departure and someone was out scooping the driveway for us, nice and early! Would recommended!

Many amenities were provided to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including lots of towels, mirrors in all bedrooms, hair dryers in both bathrooms, all kitchen supplies and appliances, coffee/tea, and even a motion sensor for security in the driveway. One of the bedrooms is downstairs with its own living space (with TV) and bathroom. This was a perfect “apartment” for our adult son to stay in. House was warm and comfortable.Best of all, the host was extremely responsive and receptive to a couple small suggestions I made. Would stay there again.

The house was very clean and nice to stay in. It was nothing fancy but it was good for our family and we enjoyed it. It had a nice large dining table for all of us to eat on and play games.

We were in town a national dance competition. Our stay included parents, kids and grandparents. Everyone had plenty of space to rest and relax between competitions. This is located near great shops/ restaurants. Host was amazing and look forward to staying again.

We had two of our kids involved with a rick concert at the Allstate Arena. So we picked this listing due to its closeness to the arena. It worked out perfectly! Family met here before the show and easily transported to and from the arena. The house was just right for our group. Highly recommend this spot if you need accommodations in and around Ohare.

House was fine and spacious BUT there are critters living in the attic. Freaked us out!! The property representative said they had a complaint from the previous guests so they called an exterminator and found squirrels. These were not squirrels, I would say they were a family of possums or raccoons by the loud thumping, scratching and screeching sounds they were making; kept my family up most of the night!! Thank goodness we only stayed over night because this would have been a miserable place to stay for vacation. It also smelled like pee which they tried to cover up with automatic air fresher sprayers. I think this was due to the animals living in the attic, I don't think this was newly discovered and unknown to the owners of the property. They need to address the issue as this is a big problem.

Staying in hotels with 6 is hard to do. This location was perfect to stay with a family. Easy access to downtown and public transportation. I was at a training the whole time and the family got to have a blast and we didn’t miss a beat. The host was great to communicate with if anything was needed

The house was perfect for our family's trip to the Chicagoland area! We were traveling with all adults (adult kids and our parents), but I think you'd be happy staying with kids here too. The house is simple, clean, easy to get to, and easy to like! Check in & out were super straightforward, and the listing is accurate. The basement layout would be a little puzzle if you were living there long term, but more than fine for a brief stay. We all had comfortable separate rooms for sleeping and a nice dining/living room area for talking as a group. Terrific!

Very clean and tidy. We didn't stay long, just slept overnight before heading out again, but the rooms were comfortable.

This house is close to the airport and has lots of space. Kitchen was outfitted with everything you would need. But the condition of the home is definitely lived in and the cleaning crew didn’t do a thorough job before we showed up. We communicated with the owner and they were willing to send over another cleaning crew as soon as possible. But we decided to leave after only one night and cancelled our stay. The house needs a deep clean and the walls need to be re-painted. There were dirty walls from fingerprints and food splatters on curtains, the floors were sticky, bathroom and shower had not been thoroughly cleaned, and the bedrooms needed to be dusted. There is also plastic covering the table surfaces which was also dirty. The owner mentioned they were having issues with their cleaning team. Hopefully a deep clean, a coat of paint, and better team will ensure a better stay for the next guest.

Very clean, extremely nice home.

This is the second year we have stayed at this location during Thanksgiving. It is convenient for visiting family members in Park Ridge and Glenview. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms provide the space we need. There is also a well equipped kitchen.

Comfortable, king sized beds with plenty of kitchen and eating space. Loved the sectional in the living room, and the walk down to the park was perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Group of six came down for the Iron Maiden concert. No complaints about anything. Everything from booking to check out was a smooth process. The host provided easy instructions, and communication was great. Would definitely book again. House and rooms were clean.

The property owners thought of everything a guest would need to have when staying away from home. The property was clean, in a great location to everything, and simply charming. My guests and I tried to leave the property just as clean as when we arrived. This was a most enjoyable and refreshing weekend! I will definitely consider staying here again when I'm in the area.

Family friendly

Upon entering, the house has a musty smell but it appears spotlessly clean. We had a great stay and enjoyed all of the amenities!

This is a very nice home, very clean and well stocked with the necessities for normal living. Very easy process to reserve and easy to message with the owner. Easy directions on where things were and how to wrap up our stay. Our group will definitely look at reserving this one in the future.
