I am very particular about cleanliness of bathrooms and kitchen, this place was very clean and I am very pleased. Perfect location! In the middle of all amenities. The snack basket was lovely. Plenty of clean towels. TV with internet in every room. Lovely!

This home was so conveniently located in the heart of Fayetteville. Almost everything we wanted to go to was 6 minutes away and a lot was walking distance. Would definitely stay again if we're in Fayetteville again.

Clean, centrally located. Way more spacious then the pictures lead on. Quiet. Very nice place. Absolutely will go back when we visit for bragg again.

Convenient house to stay in while traveling. Nice firm mattress. Kitchen space was very tight. Quiet location except for the train whistles. Front porch boards felt pretty weak though they held up.

The house was nicely furnished and very clean. Stocked with snacks that we appreciated. Great location.

This is such a cute cottage in a quaint Fayetteville neighborhood. It was perfect for us to visit with our son for Thanksgiving. The host was very welcoming and the house was beautifully decorated and stocked to fill all our needs.

Property was fairly clean. We communicated with host about an item left behind and offered to cover shipping but communication seemed to stop after promising to ship.

The house is close to I95, the neighborhood looks great and is very safe. Checkin was easy (the house has a keyless entry and a ring camera in case of issues). Parking is done to the left of the house. We stopped here on the way to another destination and had the car loaded to the gills. No issues during the night. The house looks just like in the pictures. The reason for the 4 stars is the musty smell that permeates the house. This might not affect people that are not sensitive/allergic.

Great place to stay, within close walking distance to latitude and the truck stop for food and drinks!

Water pressure was okay, water didnt get hot enough, but overall a nice quiet place to stay.

The house was neat and clean and spacious, had plenty of kitchen, bath, bedroom items. The large fenced in backyard was very private with foliage all around the fencing. We utilized the grill/fire pit and covered area as it was drizzling a little bit from time to time. Will definitely return for another stay!

We loved our stay here! It was located within walking distance to some fun places like the Haymount Truck Stop and the District House of Taps. Perfect for traveling with a dog also.

We were in town to visit our boys at Methodist University. This was a perfect location for us. It is a nice quiet location that is in walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. It is close to the university which made it easier to visit our boys and cook them home cooked meals. 😊
