Stayed Jul 3, 2025We had the most amazing stay. The property was perfect for the number of guests. This is one of the only properties in Byron with this vista, yet the price was reasonable. The pool could do with a little maintenance but you won’t be disappointed overall.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025We loved our stay— the view was stunning, it was in close proximity to the lighthouse and to town (easy to walk to both). There’s a secret room with a queen bed and an en suite downstairs from the main deck, so make sure to scope that out. Our only gripe is that we were charged for an extra hour of cleaning due to our kids using bubble wands outside (the bubble solution made marks on the glass). This seemed silly due to how much we cleaned before we left. There were no dishes to do, I placed all the cushions back where they were, we took the trash and recycling out, and even washed and folded towels before we left. Still, we were charged for “excessive cleaning” due to the bubble wands.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of friends and I stayed here to celebrate the US Thanksgiving holiday. The house was perfect. Aside from the incredible view and comfortable rooms, the kitchen was great for cooking dinners and enjoying casual evening meals. The one thing that could be improved would be to better equip the kitchen for cooking -- it was missing many of the pots, pans, and utensils I would have expected from a house of this caliber (and price).

Stayed Dec 31, 1969An amazing home just outside the main town but close enough to walk to everything. Sit and take in the breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset overlooking one of the worlds most amazing bays. Whales, dolphins and turtles as far as you can see with spectacular sunsets. A beach below the verandah within walking distance. A garage full of surf boards, bikes and equipment. An amazing relaxing stay.

Stayed Sep 20, 2019We were so impressed with the property, it looks even better in real life than the listing and the location is just ideal. Half way between town and then Wategoes/Lighthouse so everything was in short walking distance. Also, the kitchen was so well equipped and the little extras like Byron Bay tea, coffee, hot chocolate just made the stay that little bit easier.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property is stunning. But there was no wifi and the DVD was not working. Plenty of game the kids. The appliance needed a bit more explaination. We were super happy. Really wants to come back
