Your Home Away from Home: Retreat Perfect for Large Families and Groups

Excellent! We enjoyed our stay. The property was accurately depicted. We enjoyed the amenities (laundry, hot tub, pool table, etc) and was also very pleased with subtle touches such as new toothbrushes and toiletries.

This is such a nice place to hang out if you are ever in Wichita! It's easy to get to, but is in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places to hang out, and rest, within it. You can't go wrong with a hot tub too!!

Exactly what we needed, good location and the house was very clean.

Love the layout of this house!!! The backyard area is amazing for hanging out with family!

When we first went into the house, it was beautifully decorated. It was someone buying a new house and everyone was going room to room looking. It was very clean and well maintained. The group I was with was excited that there was a 1/2 basketball court, the hot tub was amazing, and on the last night we built a fire and made smore's. The guys then went down to shoot pool and play darts. It was more than anyone can ask for and to be honest we all agreed that staying in a home instead of a hotel is the better way to go as we felt it even drew us closer.Kelly was an excellent host and we will rebook next near when we come to Wichita. Thank you Kelly for sharing your home. A

Great stay enjoyed the hot tub and pool table

Absolutely LOVED this property. This was the best experience. My favorite by far.Clean, comfy and great location. The rooms were generous in size. The grandkids had fun playing in the backyard with ample soace and a basketball court. We will definitely be back.

This was a great to experience!

The property was really great and suited our needs perfectly, we chose it as was close to family who we were visiting and location was close enough to everything we wanted to do. The basement games and TV room and outdoor facilities were well used. Kelly communicated real well. Overall 10/10

The property was exactly as advertised. Fast communication, clear instructions. Highly recommend. Thanks for hosting my bowling team.

Amenities were great, and the house was set up perfectly for us to easily use and enjoy without having to add anything! We had a small issue arise when we first got there, and the host quickly responded to my help request and got it handled. Great neighborhood (quiet but close to a lot of things). We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for making our home away from home a great and relaxing experience!

My family of five and our pet dog stayed here for a week and loved it. Great amenities close to everything including the highway. And very pleasant communicative owners to work with. I would recommend this place for your family and would come again myself.

backyard and the game room downstairs. it was such a nice weekend.

As before, a comfortable visit. House is in a great location, clean and welcoming. Will definitely look to book again next time in Wichita

Location, room and outdoor amenities.

The house was fantastic.

Great overall

Spent the weekend with family in this beautiful home. The hot tub was having trouble warming up so we weren’t able to use it the first few days, but the host was very attentive and made several trips to the house to fix it. It was working properly and warm the last 2 days of our trip. The house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the basketball hoop also. Definitely will stay here again if needed.

“Had the best time here—already planning the next trip back!”

The check-in process was very easy. This place was very clean and full of things to do to keep ourselves, our adult kids, as well as our two 2&under grandkids. The pool table and fenced in backyard made our stay worthwhile. Thanks to our host Kelly for a welcoming experience!

House was perfect for our family! Beds were comfortable, AC worked Great and there was plenty of room to relax and hang out!Downstairs gameroom was super nice. We enjoyed the pool table and dart board.

We had a great stay! Great communication. The home offers plenty of room and is located in a nice safe area easy to get around anywhere. We enjoyed the pool table and darts.

We enjoyed our stay! Tons of entertainment amenities, and the home was well kept and stocked inside. You can play pool, darts, and sit by a fire. A minor drawback was the outdoor area was a little less taken care of. We also have sensitive allergies and were a bit reactive to the bedrooms and bathrooms. I doubt it would bother most people, but if you’re very sensitive something to consider.Overall, a nice home that I’d recommend for your stay!

If you need a larger house with great access to Maize area, this is the place. Very good layout and lots of amenities at the place. Would recommend to anyone.

The property was well kept and very quiet and clean. Will stay again if we have the need.

Our team stayed here while in town for a basketball tournament and it was perfect! Had plenty of things at the house to do (hot tub, fire pit, pool, b-ball court), house was clean, check-in and out was easy. No issues would definitely come again!

The house was immaculate. Everything worked as expected and the host Kelly, is a gem. She accommodated our request when we needed something early for our stay! If we are ever back in Wichita, we would definitely stay here again!

Will definitely be back. House was perfect!!

Loved loved the house! Super comfy and spacious the backyard was a retreat!

The property was perfect size for our family. The kitchen could use a few more accessories such as dish scrubbers etc.but overall we had a great stay.

This place was beyond expectations. We needed a quick place to stay with a dog due to an unforeseen family emergency. This place was beyond our expectations. We didn’t even have time to utilize the amenities. Hot tub. Pool table. The house is beautifully put together. Quiet neighborhood. Huge yard. Relaxing patio. Very comfortable beds and plenty of bathroom space so three of us didn’t have to share which was GREAT. Kelly is very responsive and I will be looking for this place again on other visits. Even if it’s just me visiting. Thanks again for the hospitality

This was a great home for our visit. Lots of space both upstairs and downstairs to lounge and relax. Very fun outdoor space with hot tub and basketball hoop as well.

The house was great for our trip to Wichita. Kelly was The pool table/ping pong table, and darts downstairs kept the teen/tween busy. The basketball hoop and the hot tub were popular at the end of the day! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a clean, comfortable house; we will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Wichita in the future.

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood and great location. It was extremely COLD during our visit, we were thankful for a pool table and dart board for things to do inside. House was clean and property manager communicated well. I would have given 5 stars but overall comfort level was a little minimalist (no lamps beside beds for night time reading, and only a few blanks

6 of us came in and stayed here for a short 2 day goose hunt. Owner was great with communication. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The home was easy to find and in a great location. We found it to be very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Even has a pool table in the basement and an awesome backyard with covered area with hot tub and even a basketball court. If you are looking for a clean, well appointed place to stay in Wichita, then I would not hesitate to book this home!

Very nice home. Very clean. Lots of amenities. Hopefully next time it won’t rain all weekend so we can enjoy the outdoor space more!! Thanks for a great place to stay.

We all enjoyed the home it was very relaxing and was perfect for what we were all wanting in a comfortable place to stay

We enjoyed your lovely home. Everything was just like the photo only better. Close to local events the host was excellent. Location was excellent. We will surely stay again soon. We enjoyed our stay Thank you

My family and I truly enjoyed this home. The kids enjoyed the pool table and basketball court. There was also a dartboard but we didn't allow them to play with those (age). The home was big enough for everyone to enjoy and have space. The adults enjoyed the hot tub as well. The rooms and beds were perfect for us. The only thing I will point out is if you're over 6 feet the lower level bedroom will give you issues. There is a section of the ceiling that is short but if you remember to duck your head you will be ok. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We will come back for sure if in the Kansas area. *****

Great place and location!
