It was excellent condition and met all of our needs. We had a party of 11 and we enjoyed the stay.

Very nice house! Jason always responded quickly. Our family was down there from Minnesota for a wedding and the house was perfect for us.

Everything in this property was perfect. Lots of kitchen and bathroom amenities. Each room was nicely laid out and comfortable. Jason, the host was easy to contact and responded quickly. We will book again next time we're in the area.

Great house and overall experience for a Keeneland weekend

Big house tucked away in a lovely neighborhood that’s close to everything you could need. Owner was quick to communicate and we had a great time! We would definitely stay again.

On the plus side: it was a great place for a family gathering of 11 - space for us to all be together with bedrooms enough for private times; we observed no safety problems; kitchen, bath and bedroom supplies met all our needs. Jason responded quickly to texts. On the minus side: we needed instructions on such things as using the coffee pot, use of the fireplace and regulating temp. - could never get it above 68 degrees with some areas much less. It was in the 20's outside. One of the folding beds was broken but not needed. Before checking out we awoke to find significant amounts of water on the kitchen floor in front of the sink and on counters which we later observed over flowed the sinks when the upstairs bath tub was drained. Jason assured us he would be checking on that immediately.

This is just an all-around excellent home for a family gathering. Smaller rooms plus one big gathering area that includes kitchen, dining and living.

Justin replied to our messages very quickly. We had a fabulous stay. We enjoyed our time in this spacious home. It was not too far from Mammoth Cave, the Ark, and the Creation Museum.

Our host had truly thought of everything. The instructions were the most thorough and well-organized I’ve ever encountered in a vacation rental. Every question was anticipated, every detail explained, and every feature of the home was clearly laid out.Because of that, we were able to focus entirely on the wedding weekend and not waste a moment trying to figure out where anything was or how anything worked. It made our stay smooth, comfortable, and absolutely stress-free.A first-class experience in every respect.

Had a great time, the house is amazing and the host was super responsive! Check-in couldn't be any easier.The house has all of your needs covered-from pots and pans, coffee maker, etc to games and a fabulous outdoor are in the back.

Wonderful home! We had plenty of room. The backyard was very nice to sit in the evening. We would recommend the house for any large group.

This was the perfect rental for my best friends bachelor party. The location is unbelievable. We were in the middle of the Bourbon map, so it made getting around super simple. Great backyard with grill and firepit. When I come back to KY I know I will be staying here.

A great stay ! The host was so quick to respond and allowed us to stay a few extra hours, thank you for being so flexible! The house was well stocked with everything we needed, did not skimp on bedding, toilet paper, etc. It was clean and the grounds/neighborhood are quiet and relaxing. Twinkle lights on the patio! My recommendation is to update the mattress in the room to the right of the upstairs bathroom, otherwise all was comfortable!.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. I would definitely recommend it to others.

in town 5 days for NCAA basketball tournament as a group. great location to get downtown as well as to other parts of town for food. Grocery store nearby for essentials and if you prefer to cook a meal. easy in and out. highly recommend

Way over expectations!

The house was very cozy and comfortable. However, If you like a softer mattress the room next to the master bedroom has the most comfortable mattress in the house, and is really low to the ground The rest are a little on the firm side. The queen bed in the master is softer than the king bed. That was really the only downfall. I would stay again.

We loved staying here. Everything was streamlined. It was perfect for our group. It had a big table for games, a seperate room with a tv for football, all the rooms were comfortable.... lots of things you need to settle in. The only thing I would mention is there is only a tv in the small living space and in the master bedroom. For us that wasn't a big deal since we were there to unplug and spend time together. Just a great place for a stay in Kentucky!

The property and the neighborhood are very nice. The house has lots of room and we walked to the park everyday. The gas fireplace is a real bonus! Thanks for everything.

Perfect for our family gathering in a quiet residential neighborhood. Good walking opportunities, easy access to Keeneland, shopping, the airport & restaurants

Highly recommend! Stayed over a long weekend for a wedding. Easy check in a check out. Everything was as listed. House was very clean and spacious. Will be looking to rebook the next time we come to Lexington.
