Your Beachfront Oasis Awaits

This house was perfect for or large family. Plenty of room for a big group. The pool was bigger than expected which our family enjoyed. Great location. Enjoyed the tranquil beach scene, the dolphins, beautiful sunsets and the great memories.

Be Warned: Active Construction Site Next Door. The house is lovely and the beach and area are great, and owner is responsive. Unfortunately, while the listing noted there may be “construction in the development”, it did not note it was a new home build in mid stage right next door. There are 20 workmen yelling and constant loud hammering, drilling, sawing, banging from 7:30am until 5pm everyday. This has clearly been ongoing for some time given the stage of the build, and will continue for quite a while I’d imagine. The outdoor area by the pool is basically unusable due to the noise and lack of privacy from all the workers. The noise is still very loud from the beach, but you can locate much further down to avoid, although makes it very inconvenient. Also active remodeling to the home on the other side of the house, which only added to the noise issues. Understand the owner can’t control construction, but it would have been good to know in advance what we were getting into to make an informed decision. We choose to pay more for private homes over resorts bc we value peace and quiet and privacy on our vacations, but sadly this was not a restful seaside retreat, it was like staying next to downtown construction site.

This home is beautiful and really nice for bigger families/groups. There is space to all be together but still can offer a little privacy, too. The location is perfect. Easy to get to restaurants & shops whether by bike, golf cart or car. The beach is steps away from backyard pool area and yet it completely private from others that are walking the beach. Next door construction was disappointing but understand. There are a few suggestions I could share to make a stay at Casa De Sharelle perfect...

This house was perfect for our extended family of 16. There was plenty of rooms and we really liked that everyone had their own bathrooms. We were a little skeptical with the house being on the resort, but not actually having “resort amenities” but we quickly learned amenities were not needed. Restaurants and stores were well within distance. We rented golf carts as our transportation for the week and loved it! The beach views were amazing. We also saw so much wild life, and really like the feeling of having a private beach spot. The pool and hot tub were in perfect working condition and we used both a lot. We had 9 adults and 7 kids. We were glad we rented corn hole for an additional activity for us. There is a basketball hoop- but no basketball. Overall we really enjoyed the location and layout of this house and would for sure visit again!

In general great stay. Pictures as described. Great location. Wonderful beach location/views. All Tvs hit or miss when trying to operate. Bedding and decor could be improved. Could also use some amenities such as beach chairs, balls, games etc. Zero flexibility on early arrival or late check out.
