House was stocked with so much more than any house I have ever rented. Sun screen, foil, lotion, seasonings, olive oil, napkins, and a “junk drawer” with batteries, tape, scissors, etc. too much to list! Would return for another visit! King bed was sooo comfortable!

Beautiful home that's very close to everything. We enjoyed the backyard pool a lot. They had everything that you might need for a great vacation. We will definitely be returning.

This is a fantastic rental property!! From the initial reservation experience to checkout, it could not have been better. Derek and his local management contact were both very helpful with getting us settled upon arrival. Joanne called to make sure we had everything we needed for the 2 weeks and provided her number should we need anything at all. The house is beautiful and the backyard is an Oasis as described. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, and family-friendly in all aspects. Thank you Derek, we will be booking with you again should we ever return to Phoenix!!

We had a great stay for spring break in Arizona! The house was close enough to anywhere we wanted to spend time for the day. Visited several beautiful golf courses all within 30-40 minutes. Traveled into Phoenix to catch a Suns game and had dinner at nearby restaurants with plenty to choose from. The house worked perfectly for our family of 3. The communication was just as described and we never had any problems the entire week. Thank you for a perfect desert getaway in a quiet community.

New washing machine & dryer, clean house, our truck doesn't fit in the garage but off street parking was perfect, the back porch is our ideal spot and the pool is great and cleaned weekly. this was our 6th year staying we absolutely love it!

The house was located in a very nice area. The house was clean and well stocked with any item you could possibly need for your stay. Lastly, the neighborhood ammenites were excellent and the house is extremely close to the pool, basketball courts, fishing pond, and clubhouse. We would definitely stay here again.

House was clean, spacious, had everything I needed. Convenient and comfortable stay. King and queen beds very comfortable. We didn’t try the bunk beds.Host was very responsive to my 2 questions.Neighborhood was very quiet. And nice walkways and sidewalks.

Repeat stay - everything you need for the complete comfortable family vacation. Derek is super responsive and very helpful. We have been enjoying this home in the perfect power ranch location on a quiet grassy cul de sac. Lots of smiles and great memories always created here!

Good location for us with groceries and highways nearby. Neighborhood is quiet. House could use some updating but was fine. Pool was nice. Only two suggestions - first, scented laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets used on all the linens and towels created an instant headache and allergic reaction. Think about good hotels - they don’t use artificial scents. I immediately went out to buy unscented laundry detergent then I stripped the beds and washed every sheet and towel. The giant comforter smelled so overpowering I shoved it in the 3rd bedroom and closed the door. Next, the shower floor was so slippery on our first use! And no grab bars! My husband almost fell out the shower door trying to balance. Never had these problems before. We’ll ask better questions the next time we select a rental.

Great pool for the kids!

Smooth check-in and great communications. The home was perfect for what I needed and as advertised. The kitchen was well supplied and had everything I needed. The pool was great and grandson really enjoyed swimming daily.

Lovely home! Even better than the listing photos. Very clean and well-maintained, pool included. I only used the primary bedroom--the king bed was super comfy. This home is located in a lovely, planned community with shopping nearby. I appreciated the option to park in the attached garage. Quick 10 min drive from AZA/Gateway Airport. Owner responded to messages promptly and was very pleasant. My only suggestion would be to install a wi-fi keypad lock on front door for easier arrival and departure. But that may not be the owner's preference. I would easily stay here again and highly recommend to others!

It was a great home near the location we needed to go watch our HS travel ball players play ball. The pool was great for nighttime swimming.

Property was everything we imagined had a great stay

We had great communication with the property owner and they were very accommodating to some of my special needs. We were there for a difficult time to say goodbye to a family member that lives in Gilbert. This was the perfect space to get away and have fun in the pool with our family to keep our spirits high.

If you want a spot that is convenient for all the fun things to do in Phoenix/Gilbert/Chandler/Queen Creek areas, this is the spot!

We loved staying in this gorgeous home - there was plenty of room inside and outside for relaxing and having fun. Lots of amenities and super close to stores, restaurants, and public pickleball courts!

Great house and pool. Very clean house and comfortable beds. Gas BBQ so no worries about running out of propane while grilling steaks and enjoying a beautiful backyard by the pool. 10 min to pretty much anything you need. Community parks and pool are also very nice. Beautiful Neighborhood and very quiet. Cable was great so us Canadians could watch NHL playoffs. Would book again for sure!

We had a great stay here! The home is beautiful and inviting, the pictures do not do it justice. Very comfortable home. The pool area was private and beautiful with flowering bushes and a lemon tree! The pool itself was not heated, but we expected that. It warmed up a little more from the sun every day we were there, and ended up feeling very refreshing. The neighborhood was so nice with lots of walking paths and pretty landscaping. It was quiet and upscale. We would definitely stay here again!

Went in April. The neighborhood was Nice and very very quiet. The pool was amazing. The weather was great. House and yard had everything we needed or wanted. Nice to park in a garage every night. Plenty of seating in and outside if you have a larger group. Liked open space in kitchen/dining/living room. Safe place to go on walks tons of parks in neighborhood. Traffic around the area was mild, easy to get to the grocery store, eating and shopping. Host and property manager quick to respond to questions.

Very nice house in a great neighborhood.

Very comfortable, clean, well maintained. Great location, felt safe and enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Convenient location for hiking... SanTan, East Valley (Usery, Lost Dutchman etc), South Mountain all roughly half hour away. Enjoyed downtown Gilbert and the Farmer's Market, and downtown Chandler as well. Beautiful back yard and pool area. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great location and comfy fully equipped digs! This house has everything you need to make a full Thanksgiving dinner down to the servingware potato masher and large serving dishes - better equipped than our own home! Beds are comfy and the layout of the home is very spacious. Our kids enjoyed the open space across the street for throwing the frisbee and pool floaties. We Highly recommend Derek and Rhonda’s home.

Stayed with Friends who had never been to Arizona before. It is an excellent location for tourists. Quiet yet accessible to all routes The property exceeded our expectations and like our friends we were really impressed! The property is well supplied with all the necessities. Lots of cooking equipment and crockery etc. A really great stay and we would not hesitate to book again if our travels bring us back to Arizona.
