You'll love Seafoam! Beachfront. Pool. 6 BR, sleeps 18. Nice.

Overall, a nice property that accommodated our group of 13 (10 Adults, 3 Children). Some wear and tear on the property combined with no convenience items available made it a rough start, but overall, the shaded pool and being on the ocean make it a great location. For those traveling with kids, the public beach access path is directly next to this house. So, there is a ton of people walking by all day long, can see into the pool area, etc. Not a huge issue, but the fence was broken on the side of the house to the public beach path which can be a little unnerving when you're away from home. That said, the perk of being on the public beach access area is that you are near a lifeguard station which seemed to be staffed from 10A-5P each day. One other note for people with kids - only one tub in the house that doesn't have shower doors so bathing kids is a little bit trickier. For this price point and location, it would be really nice to have some sort of access to beach chairs or an umbrella, but that seems to be the norm for this area and the rentals.

We had the best time here! House was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of space and being right on the beach was ideal for going back and forth to the house with babies.

Everything was great with just a few suggestions. It would be nice to have a vacuum or at least a broom to clean up tracked in sand. Also, a hairdryer would be a nice thing to include.

We had another great trip to your properties. This was a return to Seafoam. It truly feels like out home away from home. So many great memories of family and friends from so many years! Bittersweet remembering those no longer with us yet so important for being connected with those around us! We just love our time. Thank you for always having us--oh and nice work on the place! Very clean and nice updates too! 🙂

Had a wonderful stay with our kids and grandkids. A short drive to town if you want to shop or go out to eat but the real gem is being right on a non crowded beach. We spent most of our time sitting in the sand or playing in the surf. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful house the location was perfect for a large family with kids. The small private beach let them play in the sand without going out to the public beach.

We had another wonderful winter trip at Seafoam. We just love out time here. The updates and upgrades were lovely and everything was in great shape for our arrival. Thank you for having us these many years. See you next year!

Beautiful home right on the beach. Exceptionally clean and well-stocked kitchen, plenty of parking and quiet location, but within a short drive to restaurants and shops. Our family loved it. The only thing I would mention to potential renters is there are a lot of stairs to get to main level so unloading luggage, groceries may be a concern for someone not able to do a lot of stairs.

We had a wonderful time staying at Seafoam. It was great option for our families and an overall beautiful home! We will definitely consider renting through you all again next year. No suggestions, had absolutely everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay completely.

We had a great time and enjoyed the house and the views!

Our group (7 adults and 2 toddlers) really enjoyed our stay here. The views of the beach are amazing from the first and second floors. The little ones really loved the shaded pool. Rick was always responsive and helpful from booking until checkout. This was our group's first trip together to Gulf Shores and we certainly hope not our last. Highly recommend!

Check in was extremely easy and hassle free. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans and cooking utensils.

We enjoyed Seafoam. Especially the pool underneath since the jellyfish were out!

We loved Seafoam!!! In fact, we booked it for 3 weeks next year! Had a great time - great weather - great food - great time with Mark's mom & dad & sister. We were all happy to see the great supply of plates, silverware, glasses, mugs, etc. Overall - it was wonderful - loved the location - view of the beach was awesome!! You all have always been helpful & friendly to us & we so appreciate it!!!

We have been coming every year to Seafoam for more than 10 years! We love our long winter getaways. The home is always our 'home' and clean and well kept. The owners and mgt co are the best too. Thank you for having us. Looking so forward to next year, and miss the beach, Gulf Shores, and Seafoam already! Tnank you!!!

We had an wonderful time at the Seafoam house in Gulf Shores. It fit us well, and the beach was amazing. Great location, and the management company was very fast to help us same day some very minor things. We hope to return in the future.

Location was great! House is in need of maintenance and new beds.

Great spot for blended groups. Perfect location. Only thing that would have been nice to have was non breakable dishes. Having younger kiddos with glass items only available with a tile floor was nerve wracking.

It was a great stay. Everyone loved the house, the views were incredible and beach access couldn't have been better. Not sure what we are doing next year but your house is def at the top. FYI - if you are standing at kitchen sink, cabinet to the right has a small leak I believe from the shower upstairs. When you head upstairs and turn right, its the bedroom on the left that we think it is coming from. That is just a guess though. Thanks again for everything!

We really enjoyed ourselves.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this property. It was everything we could’ve wanted. Steps from the gulf and didn’t have to lug a bunch of beach gear back and forth!! A pool right there was also a major factor for us with some littles in our group it worked out well for them to get a break from the waves and the sun. Our entire group would stay here again no hesitation.
