The home’s spacious interior offers impeccable cabin vibes, with wood-lined walls and ceilings adding depth to spaces illuminated in natural light from the floor-to-ceiling picture windows. The living room includes soft sofa seating and a smart TV for keeping up with all your favorite stream-ready entertainment. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and queen size sleeper sofas in the living room and game room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, twin size bed, and smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, full size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

• You must be 21 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 21 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund.

• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities. Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.

• Driveway parking is located at the back of the house and is available for 2 vehicles. Street parking is strictly prohibited.

Big Bear’s 3 snowtubing locations (Alpine Slide, Big Bear Snow Play, and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park) are equipped with moving walkways which carry you to the top of the tubing runs. In the winter, this area is an immensely popular destination for skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing, offering several resorts to choose from for any skill level such as Snow Summit, less than 4 miles away.
