We had a wonderful week at the property. The house was better than expected, the pool was fabulous, and the location was perfect. Have been recommending to friends for a great holiday.

Amazing week away. Jayne and Michael have done a beautiful job with the house. The outdoor kitchen area was a big hit. We all enjoyed the pool and games room. We have been staying at different locations for the past 17 years, and this is by far the best we have stayed at. Unfortunately, we couldn't go in the beaches due to a dam algal bloom, but we will be back next year to experience it all.

Jayne was very welcoming, and very contactable. She is a wonderful host.The house itself is beautiful, and the pool overlooking the beach is perfect. We love this house.

Everything was lovely, Jayne was so helpful and we had a truly relaxing break.

Jayne was a very accommodating host who made sure everything was perfect! Comfy beds, an abundance of complimentary toiletries, views to die for and welcoming chocolates & balloons for hubbys 60th bday celebrations. We were advised of every necessary little detail with so much care & I could tell nothing would've been too much trouble. Our only small complaint would be there was a local elderly fellow who regularly visited through the side back yard to take the recycling, which with our little ones running around was a bit un-nerving & we did'nt feel it to be so private as we first thought. Other than that, the amazing sunsets, willy wag tails, pelicans and the beautiful local beach loving border collie made our stay even more magical do yourself a favour & add this to your bucket list!

House is beautiful, every amenity you could ask for, perfect beach front view and access. I dont think i would find a better house so close to Adelaide for a beach holiday. Hosts were easy to reach and very lovely. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful house with lovely beachfront views. Everything you could need was provided. The games room was a fantastic extra. Would definitely recommend. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The host was amazing, they have thought through every detail to make your stay perfect. The location and views breathtaking, games room was a huge hit with everyone and we all enjoyed making pizzas. Best holiday ever@

Wow! It does not get better than this. We were welcomed with a lovely personal note from the owners and chocolates and lollies which set the scene for our once a year family get together. The place has been specifically designed for sheer indulgence. From the amazing games room where our 22 year old granddaughter showed her skill on the Pacman table, to the essential (for the indulged) swimming pool heated to 30 degrees, nothing has been overlooked. The kitchen with all it's appliances would rival a Masterchef set. And so it goes - on and on and on! Wow, wow, wow!!! Oh, and I forgot to mention the bedrooms with the luxury linen. All in all, one of the most well presented holiday homes we have stayed at (and we have stayed at many).

Amazing accomodation. Facilities and location are second to none. Will defiantly be returning in the future.

Great house, fantastic location! Pizza oven was great as were the other facilities, like the games room and back deck. TV worked well so we could watch Friday night finals footy, although the Crows did not prevail :-(. Our host was friendly, accommodating and communicative. Like others have said... : we did not want to leave! So we will be back..

Beautiful home, stunning views.

Yorke 272 is fantastic. Right on the beachfront. It has a huge front deck just steps away from the beach. On one end of the deck is a heated salt water swimming pool/spa. The other end has an amazing outdoor kitchen with a wood fired pizza oven, a large bbq and grill. The home inside has everything could ask for including a fantastic fire. Just off the main house there is a games room with pool table, table tennis, darts and an arcade machine so heap to entertain the whole family. Return visitor, we love coming here. It has everything we need and the kids and teens love it. The pool is amazing and sitting on the deck watching the ocean is so relaxing and enjoyable. Very clean, excellent amenities, everything is provided and the pizza oven and outdoor kitchen are great. Excellent hosts who really care about their visitors.

One of the best equipped properties we have stayed in and it met everyone’s needs. We loved the outdoor kitchen and wood fire pizza oven. The children spent hours playing on the beach.The weather was changeable but great to watch the sea changing too.We would come again.

A magical retreat ..to lie in bed watching the crashing sea by moonlight whilst cuddling my young grandson was just so special..Wonderfull hosts and a well thought out home with everything you could need and more

The house was well equipment in a quiet location.

I call this place a home, as it's far to indulgent to be called a Shack. Impeccably clean and modern, and attention to detail is spot on. It has everything you need and plenty of things to do. The view is all you could ever ask for. The heated pool and outdoor Kitchen add the extra wow factor. We done to the owners.

VERY FUSSY HOLIDAYER BUT COULD NOT FAULT IN ANY WAY

Stayed at this property with a group of friends for our annual girls trip. Absolutely outstanding as always. A few modernising touches have been done since our last visit. This house is amazing, and we thoroughly enjoy our stay. It's so nice to sit on the deck or in the pool, and look out over the ocean. Absolute serenity.

What a magnificent house. The view and facilities are 5 star worthy. The beach is great for exploring and fishing, not so much for swimming but who cares when you have a pool overlooking the beach. Also Flaherty beach is only a 5 min drive away which is fabulous. Highly recommend staying here if you want to get away from the hussle and bustle and just totally relax.

Not the first time I’ve stayed at Yorke 272 and won’t be the last. Amazing house in an amazing area. Host was lovely and very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.

York 272 is just the best. The house is very clean. It has 4 bedooms and 2 bathrooms so plenty of room. Wonderful kitchen equipped with everthing you need. Wood fire in the living area for the colder weather. Fabulous outdoor kitchen with huge bbq,hooded grill and wood fired pizza oven. Large and comfy outdoor furniture. AND a salt water heated spa/pool was heaven even on the cooler days. All this overlooking absolute beachfront. Oh... did i mention the games room...I could go on and on.... do yourself a favour.
