Very nice fully stocked home! home is clean and the beds are very comfortable. It was just as listed. We enjoyed our stay.

We were in town visiting our son who lives in Jax. This house offered enough space for my wife, mother in law, and two of my son's friends. The host's communication prior to arrival was reassuring. The open concept living room and kitchen area was great. One unexpected touch was the guide with instructions on the TV & soundbar & suggestions on nearby restaurants and attractions. The home is near two Walmart's for any essentials left at home (although complementary toothbrushes, lotion, body wash, etc. was provided) and has easy access to the beltway. The master bedroom and bath are nicely done. The outside sitting area is also a nice touch. This one is definitely on our short list moving forward!

Home away from home! I loved that they had everything you would possibly need in terms of shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, toilet paper, paper, paper plates, laundry detergent etc.... Makes it easier for a family with little kids. The house was beautiful. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The host was very friendly.

Charming and comfy house with spacious master bath. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Also enjoyed the games, puzzles, popcorn and candy!

The house is just as it looks in the pictures on VRBO. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the stay was uneventful. There are two areas that I believe should be addressed. First, When using the electronic door lock the directions for entry should include putting the code into the lock then pressing the final key to actuate the lock. Second, the floors were simply not clean. Immediately upon entry, we noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. As we walked around the kitchen, the floor was actually sticky and had to be cleaned with a wet paper towel to get the sticky up, which came up right away. The floors clearly had not been swept. There was small pieces of debris and dirt which we picked up and sweep up before leaving.

The house was absolutely beautiful along with the neighborhood. The host was exceptional. Great communication and would definitely stay here again. Thank you thank you thank you!

Great space inside and outside. The location was good for many of the activities that we were doing. Property owner was friendly and very quick to respond.

The house was very clean and everything was beautifullydecorated ,the host was nice and really was accommodating overall this was a great stay i definitely recommend.

We were in Jacksonville for our Grandson's wedding and Mrs Freeman was wonderful. Everything was very clean and well kept. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

We loved staying here. Beautiful and quiet. A few small issues with what was available but nothing we couldn’t fix.

The place was like being at home. The house hade every thing you need, and then some.

It was nice, clean and convenient the only issue was the bed in the office was more like a cot. I did contact owner and was responsive but we still weren't able to see what they were saying to make the bed into a full size. That was the only issue that description was incorrect of the 3rd bedroom and thats what qe paid for a 3 bedroom.

Highly recommend. House was excellent -- clean and new -- and host had great communication. Would definitely stay again next time in town.

This property was in a nice centralized location. The house was beautiful. The owner kept good consistent contact. Would definitely book again!
