We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Branson. The property was just as it was advertised. Brad was very helpful and accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to re-rent the property.

The stay was good. I would've preferred white lining on the beds and white towels. White is pure and you know it's clean. The shower had slow drainage so you stood in bath water. When we left the property we were instructed to put thr towels in the washer and the sheets on the bed, on the floor by the washer. I didn't think we should have to do that. Especially since we were charged maintenance fees.

Very clean. If you are cooking for a large family though, the counter space and kitchen area is very small.

Brad’s house is AMAZING! A, 10/10, , 100% highly recommend. I couldn’t believe we found a place with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms! Each room was clean, well decorated, stocked with soaps, shampoo, towels and even an extra blanket. The beds were comfortable and each room had a ceiling fan and tv. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from glass tupperware to spices. The two living areas (upstairs and downstairs) were very nice with huge TVs. There was even a sink, fridge, thermostat and washer dryer on the lower floor. We didn’t get to use the hot tub but he had a basket of about 10 beach towels. They thought of everything. Brad listed and explained everything very well, was easy to contact and quick to reply. Would definitely recommend this owner and his properties. Our family of 11 had a great family reunion. Thank you!

The house fit our family perfectly. Our host was so helpful. The house was stocked with everything we could need. Kids and grands loved the pool table and hot tub. Our family already wants to come back next year. I will be booking soon.

The house was amazing for our work Christmas party. All of the king beds and an ensuite bathroom gave each couple their own space. The shared areas were large and inviting. The kitchen had everything you would need and we particularly liked having double dishwashers. The location was perfect. This home is fantastic and we would definitely stay again.

Our family had a great 3 night stay! The house was just like described and pictures were accurate. Everything was stocked and clean with plenty of plates, cups, silverware and everything we needed in kitchen. It was close to all the attractions. Beds were comfortable and was SUPER nice we all had our own bathrooms! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it looked clean and relaxing! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect place for a large group to stay. The place was excellent and the hosts were easy to work with. The home was also in a great location.

Everything was great! We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we took full advantage of the pool table and hot tub.

The house is set up perfectly for large group. Bedrooms are very big and spaced for privacy. The kitchen fully stocked with appliances and utensils. Loved the dining table, perfect width for conversation and games. Hot tub was a welcome escape after a day of walking. Plenty of outside seating areas. Very clean. The best property we have stayed at.

wonderful house for 20 people

11 days of pure joy. Perfect in every way. Equipped with everything you could need including shampoo/conditioner/body wash in every bathroom; laundry detergent upstairs and down; 2 coffee pots; all pots, pans, dishes, trays, serving dishes, silver ware, gas for bbq and plenty of spa towels!!! Owners were awesome- especially when I locked us out. Close to everything in Branson. Would highly recommend!

We took our 3 adult kids and their families for our 30th anniversary trip. The house was big enough for all of us to have plenty of rooms. The younger kids loved the play room and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It’s close to all attractions! The owners are amazing and lots of extra details to make the perfect vacay rental. Will book again!

This spacious, well located home was just right for a church group of 10 ladies! We loved how we could get together as a group and visit, but then retreat to our own bedrooms/bathrooms. (You can’t do that in a hotel.) Beds and furniture were comfy. We felt welcomed and relaxed. We were very close to our event. We didn’t have to worry about fighting traffic. We were in town, but didn’t feel like we were in town. We are already talking about staying here again in the future.

I’ve seated at 2 different houses on cottonwood cir and it’s a great neighborhood.

A great spot for an extended weekend. The listing matched the expectations and we enjoyed the property a lot. Plenty of kitchen appliances to do our cooking although space in the kitchen could be limited at times. The only complaints we had were minor: some times the hot tub controls did not seem to be working, not a wide range of spices available and the ice dispenser did not seem to be working (although it was making ice).

10/10 recommend

The house was spacious, clean, and kitchen was well stock with everthing you need. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The hot tube was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay in Branson. This house is conveniently located to many Branson attractions. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The house was very spacious and clean. We celebrated our family Christmas and appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations. Brad was quick to respond to the questions we had. We give this VRBO a 5-star review.
