Overview: This charming, authentic, 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath gulf front home is located south of 30-A on quiet side street and sleeps up to 12 people. Sitting directly on the gulf in Seagrove Beach just one half mile east of Seaside, the Yellow House has its own private steps to the very wide public beach – plenty of room to spread out. This 2,180 square foot home is all on one level making for easy access for all ages.

Outdoor Features: Parking for 4 cars in the gravel driveway. Gas BBQ grill. Screened porch on the gulf front outfitted with outdoor dining table and six chairs. Large expansive decks with ample seating span the house on the gulf side allow for lounging “up top” when others are on the beach. Great place for grandparents to watch over all the action in the sand and Gulf.

Common Areas: Large combination family room / dining room / kitchen, all overlooks gulf. Tiled floors and ceiling fans throughout. Large, bright, open kitchen features stainless French door fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, Wolf gas range, microwave, LCD TV, solid surface countertops, and a long breakfast bar with barstool seating for six. Dining table seats six more, plus an additional side table can seat another four to six. Family room seating includes comfortable queen sleeper sofa, love seat and two comfortable side chairs. Other features include a work desk, 56” LCD SmartTV, Blu-Ray DVD, and high speed wireless internet connectivity. All televisions have TIVO HD cable boxes. Built-in cabinetry in the living room showcases the family’s 70-year history of vacationing in this home. Convenient powder room off the kitchen. Large laundry room with full size washer / dryer and folding countertop.

Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms, two on each side of the family room making this house perfect for two families to share and have some privacy. On the right side of the family room there is the King master bedroom which has a beautiful gulf view, large Wifi TV, dresser and 2 bedside tables with lamps. Private tiled bathroom with vanity sink and tub / shower. Next to this bedroom is the kid’s bedroom which features 2 built-in bunk beds (four twin XLs), Wifi TV, two dressers and gulf views. Tiled hall bath has vanity sink and shower. On the other side of the family room, two more king bedrooms share an adjoining tiled bath with vanity sink and shower. One bedroom has gulf views. Each bedroom has dresser, closet, bedside tables with lamps and wifi enabled TVs.

Included Amenities: 12 beach towels, cooler, 4 back pack style beach chairs, and an assortment of beach toys.

Beach Gear Program: We provide $40 / day of beach gear credit that you can use towards bikes, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards and more! (Minimum stay 3 nights and maximum credit of $280.)

We have a $100 cancellation fee for any cancellation outside 90 days. Inside 90 days, there is no cancellation unless we can re-rent the property.

    Very clean and well appointed old Florida home. Great location! Not fancy - kitchen and bathrooms were very basic but clean and well stocked. Great family get together house. Loved the screened in dining porch. Rest of the deck had great seating but too hot most of the time to use. Great view of the water high up on the dune.

    This house was perfect for us. The view is amazing and we spent our days watching the beautiful ocean from the back patio. It is one of the traditional homes on the ocean, which is something we like. We did not want or need the giant type new build home. We like the character of the older beach homes. Also, this house is close enough that our kids could easily walk to downtown Seaside.

    I gave it 5 stars but could have easily been 4, just because of the little things that could or should be done to make the experience so much better. The positives- the pictures are accurate as is the description, the location is amazing, right on the beach, 4 bedrooms, plenty of space. Nice big kitchen and I loved the fact it’s single storey. The downsides- this place needs some money out in to it in my opinion- the beds are very firm, bed sheets are a bit stiff, the toilet bowl brushes need replacing, the couches need to be professionally cleaned, new frying pans (impossible to cook eggs on those pans) and the WiFi has a blank spot in one corner of the house (minor). Again, great location, but as this house has been owned by them for decades I think they should spend some money on the insides without giving up the authenticity of the house. I would stay here again.

    Perfect location on the beach! Loved the deck area that overlooked the beach and the private beach access. The home is filled with pictures of the family over the years - a lot of neat history - and it is warm and welcoming. It's an easy walk to Seaside (around a mile). The property manager is wonderful and prompt in communications. Would definitely stay again!
