Yellow Home - Receive 400 dollars towards a BOAT RENTAL!

Mitch, the property manager, was the most helpful and accommodating guy. The home was wonderful, the private pool was very nice, as was the dock to fish from. Mitch was helpful about the best places to fish and to find lobster, we even rented a boat from him. The house itself was comfortable and well stocked. I’d give to the place 5 stars.

I cannot say enough about how much my wife and I enjoyed the yellow house. We were there for a week to bring our little boat and explore the Keys, but we received so much more! Mitch, Lu, and all the guys on site were amazing. I cannot recommend more highly a better place to stay if you have a boat and you're looking to spend most of your time on the water - diving, lobstering, spearfishing, fishing, or just enjoying God's creation. Thank you Mitch and the entire team at Nothing Better. You all ROCK!

We come to the Keys a lot and have stayed in a lot of different well known areas. I have to say that this place was hands down the cleanest, well organized and great service all around. Mitch was very responsive to all of our request. Then there is Richie and Tommy that help keep things running smooth on the property but they do not invade your privacy at all and are the nicest people that you could meet. We will definitely be returning soon with more family and friends.

The Yellow Home on Summerland/Cudjoe Key was a fantastic oasis for our family's Spring vacation. From the ease of check-in, the outstanding host/management company to the spotless cleanliness both inside and out - we were thrilled. The entire experience was incredible which meant for a MUCH-needed very relaxing time. If you want to stay at a great location with wonderful hosts and staff, this property is for you. Thank you to Mitch, Lu, Tommy and the entire staff. We plan to be back soon!

We had a great time. Mitch was attentive and offered lots of great suggestions for local sights and activities.

We loved the very clean and comfortable house, right next to the waters! The price was great for our last-minute trip! Very close to Boca Chica air base and Key West. We were there to watch the air show at the base, and then headed right to Key West for dinner and beautiful sunset! We were all able to fish right off the property’s docks and caught quite a few fish (released them all for being a bit too small- but the kids loved it!). Inside had everything we needed - plus a big fridge and TV, a big table for us to eat on. and a nice big shaded area below to enjoy the breeze. We’ll be back!!

The stay on cudjoe key, was wonderful. Mitch was fantastic as a host. Very accommodating and were so helpful. The house perfectly suited our needs, we rented a pontoon and enjoyed that. Key West was an easy drive and a nice place to visit, with the quiet yellow house to come back to . The pool was great. Loved it all.

Home is nestled in palm trees and tropical plants. Very nice and peaceful stay. Mitch and Richie are always available and quick to respond. Will stay again if we travel to Key West.

Great Place, perfect for our family

The Yellow House was in a beautiful setting and had just about everything that we needed. The house was clean and well laid out. The pool was great, so glad it was heated! We also made use of the kayaks. Overall we had a very relaxing stay.

The property was fantastic, extremely clean, Mitch was an excellent host. We brought our jetski and the dock was easy to access and safe. We will definitely be back!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The home and grounds are immaculate, the location of the house provides a lovely view of the bay and the pool was cool and deep. Mitch answered our every question, provided us with a fantastic day on the lil red pontoon boat with all gps coordinates programmed in. Worry free vacation!

Very nice cozy home with great views...would rent again for my family

Home was extremely clean! Beautiful inside and property has so many amenities. We enjoyed a boat rental with property manager which was very convenient. We will be back. If you’re looking for a property for multiple families they have a total of 3 homes. Thanks again Mitch!!

This was a great house to stay in! Very clean. Great view. Perfect location for all we had planned to do the week we stayed. The communication was excellent. The check in/out process was so easy. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone.
