Yellow Chateau- 5 min. walk to bars & restaurants

Perfect for a dog, but it smelled like dog for sure! The odor was pretty pungent on the main level. We got used to it, but still.We enjoyed nice, clean towels and sheets, comfy beds, and very easy check in.Attention to cleanliness was somewhat missing-the trashcan had months of dirt on the lid of it, there were crushed leaves on the rug in our bathroom when we arrived, and the couch was almost unusable. The cushions kept sliding off of the base, and the faux leather was peeling.Awesome area though, fun to walk downtown to brunch and coffee.

Kyle’s place was as advertised! He was fantastic with communication, offering recommendations, and support. Overall fantastic trip and Kyle was a great host, would definitely book again!

We had a great time staying at the Yellow Chateau! The house was even more spacious than it looked in the photos, with a huge comfy couch in the living room and comfortable beds in each room. I was worried that the loft area might get hot overnight, but it was perfectly comfortable and there was a ton of room for a queen sized air mattress. The location couldn't be better, it was only a few minute walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and an extra 10 minute walk to Park Circle.The hosts were quick to reply before, during, and after our stay, and check-in and check-out were both a breeze!

We had a great stay. This house is very conveniently located. Everything was a quick uber or short walk away. The beds were all very comfortable as well.

I had a great time, and my stay was great; it was also within walking distance to a lot of great shops and restaurants. If I return to Charleston, I will return to stay here!

It’s conveniently situated within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore the vibrant local scene. 15 minutes drive to downtown King Street. The house itself is spacious, which was perfect for my family, allowing us to enjoy our time together without feeling cramped.Our contact was incredibly attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The welcoming nature of the people in Charleston added to the charm of our visit, making it a memorable experience.I particularly enjoyed the lovely backyard, which provided a nice space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The neighborhood felt safe and inviting, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of our trip.I would highly recommend The Yellow Chateau to anyone looking for a place to stay in Charleston. I would certainly consider returning for a longer visit in the future!

Great home! Location was also Great. Kyle, is amazing. We had a family issue arise while there and had to call EMS. Kyle reached out with concern and offer extended stay if we needed it. I thought that was very kind .Would definitely rent again!!

We were visiting for the holidays. We enjoyed our stay very much. Host was very responsive and accommodating. House was really nice and location was fantastic! We are originally from the area and could not have been more pleased with this location and setup. They provided many items that other verbs have not in t past stays (extra garbage bags, tp, kitchen items)Wpuld stay here again.

I was in town for the weekend and the Chateau was conveniently located. We walked to various restaurants and played at the amazing park. The house was clean and beds were comfortable! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This home does not disappoint! It was the perfect location for our family. Close to the airport, close to food and pubs, and not too far from downtown. The property is so clean and my family couldn’t stop talking about how comfy all the beds were. Kyle was the perfect host. We travel quite a bit as a family and I can say that this VRBO is one of the nicest. We will be back again for sure. Highly recommend!

Loved the layout of the house and location near restaurants and nightlife! We had a great family time!

The location was perfect for us, love the accessible park!! The house was great. A suggestion would be to have dish towels. The center game in the game room was not working, not a big deal. The shower between the bedrooms upstairs was evidently difficult to use. There was also a problem with the remote control for the TV in the family room. I am not trying to be critical, as I said it was wonderful but want you to know. I had a hard time accessing the check out directions through the ap and relied on the written materials which were provided. We were very thankful for the stay. Our daughter and her family live on Walker Street so hopefully we will be able to stay again at this lovely home!
