North Charleston, South Carolina
With over 30 bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance and downtown and beaches only 15-2 minutes away, this home has it all.
Not only is this house in the perfect location, but it offers an amazing space inside and out as well, here is the descriptive walk-through of the home.
As you walk in the front door, you will immediately see the game room on your right. This room has a digital pinball machine and arcade games for endless fun. Once you tire from those, the couch in that room can be laid down as a day bed too.
Moving down the hallway, you will find a half bath on your left, and then you will be greeted by an open concept kitchen overlooking the living and dining room areas. The kitchen has granite countertops with an island. Here you will find everything you need to cook, drink and entertain - a double stainless steel sink, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and all of your kitchen essentials. After using this space to prepare everything you need, sit down and enjoy it with the whole group at the large dining table that can accommodate 8 people comfortably.
Once you are finished with your meal, drop your dishes off in the kitchen and go over to the sectional or sitting chairs in the living room to enjoy the premium cable packages provided by Xfinity, find your favorite shows, sports teams, or streaming app simply by using the voice remote. If you are looking to get outside and enjoy the weather, the sliding glass door off the living room offers access to the poured patio in the fenced backyard, with all the seating you could need. Or bust out the yard games and enjoy the large yard space.
As you make your way to the 2nd floor of the home, you will come to the first bedroom at the top of the stairs. This bedroom is furnished with a Queen bedroom set and a smart TV. Next to that, adjacent to the laundry closet which has a stacked washer and dryer, you will find the same thing - another bedroom with a Queen bedroom set and smart TV. Outside of those two rooms, in the hallway, there is a full bath with a shower/ tub combo. Amenities are provided per room for your showering needs with shampoo/ conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap. We will also have black makeup towels in each of the bathrooms as well, in addition to the provided linens. Just past the full bath, the 3rd bedroom, which is the Master suite will be found with a King bedroom set and a full bath with double sinks and a shower. The walk-in closet is spacious and can be used as well.
As you exit the Master bedroom, there is a landing that will lead to the stairs to the 3rd floor. On the third floor, there is a rough 725 sq. ft. loft space. One-half of the loft has an office desk, chair, monitor, smart TV, and mini fridge. While the other half is the 4th bedroom, suited with a King bed and nightstands. There is a closet that can be used up there and has a pack n play with a baby monitor for use if needed as well.
We had travel soccer games in the area and stayed for the weekend with 2 kids and our dog. The house was great! All the comforts of being home, but in a great location between our soccer games in Summerville and James Island. Amazing restaurants nearby! Fun, dog-friendly dinner at Dig in the Park! Note: There is a train nearby so if you are sensitive to noise at night, bring earplugs!
We were there to watch my grandson play rugby at the citadel. House was perfect and hosts left a nice message about the rugby game.
Nice home in a great location. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed the location of the home. It was within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in the Park Circle area of North Charleston which made everything so convenient. I would highly recommend!
My friends and I went up to Charleston to see Tyler Childers recently and we stayed at this excellent VRBO. Every bed and bedroom is comfortable. The house is in great condition. The back yard is a great place to hangout with friends and family to gather and has a large privacy fence. The kitchen has a huge island and leads directly into an open floor plan of the living room. It’s close to the airport so pick up and drop off is easy for travelers. Downtown, historic sites and bar scene aren’t to far away. Ubers/ Lyfts can get to the house no problem. We’d stay here again if we ever came back to Charleston no questions asked.
This is one of several newish houses in an area that at first gave me pause. My daughter had looked up the property and said it had an ‘A’ rating as far as crime and we didn’t ever feel unsafe, although I wouldn’t have walked to the main area after dark. Just cautious. It is wonderful to have properties to stay in where we can bring our little dogs so I appreciated finding one in Park Circle. We had lots of space to spread out with a washer and dryer conveniently by the bedrooms. Our bed was comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen is great. Lots of counter space to work with. This isn’t a ‘fancy’ place but it was clean, had plenty of room, and best of all the property manager was very attentive and lives very near by. I would stay here again.
I brought my family for the 4th of July. The house was perfect for us, as we are a pretty big family. The kids enjoyed the arcade games, and while we didn’t spend much time at the house, we appreciated having a clean, comfortable, spacious house to return to after the hot days at the beach. Kyle, the property manager, personally came by to check that we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
Our stay here was great! We were close enough to downtown Charleston to enjoy everything we wanted to see but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle of everything when we wanted to rest. The place was spacious and we had everything we needed for cooking, games, and relaxation after a busy day of adventuring.
We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend getaway. The home was exactly as shown. The property manager was great to talk to and answered any questions we had. We were in town for the College of Charleston graduation. The location was great.
