We Didn't realize it was in a housing neighborhood, pretty far from water.We loved the walk-in shower. Backyard great. Loved the stand up wood stove in back. Easy to use locking mechanism on door.lint filter on dryer needs fixing.

Centrally located, very spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. It would have been perfect for our pooch if only she would travel in a car better . We would most definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great vacation.

The house was perfect for my first trip to Florence with my mom. aunt, and cousins to visit my Aunt. The house was spacious and had welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces. Highly recommend!

The home was set up nicely with lots of thoughtful details like games, welcome tray, fire pit, lots of seating options inside and out, and comfy beds. Everything felt clean and well taken care of. The home had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. I recommend this place as a top pick for Florence.

Great house. Central location. Everything we needed plus a great snack basket left for us on arrival. My boys gobbled it up. Only odd thing was there’d was no “guest” bathroom. Two bathrooms - each attached to a bedroom. Third bedroom was the odd man out - had to cut through another bedroom to use the bathroom. Other than that - perfect. Even a peanut butter tree in the backyard. In full bloom - beautiful and smelled wonderful! Wish our dogs were with us - there is a great set up for the fur babies! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property! Really nice outdoor space. Dog friendly is an understatement. We have 2 small dogs and the fencing was well done, so we could relax knowing they would not wander off. The loved playing in the yard while we roasted marshmallows over the fire pit. The house itself is very comfortable. Separate living room and family room was great for having a quiet space. Bathrooms accessible only through the bedrooms was odd but didn’t impact our stay. Beds were comfortable and bedding clean and soft. Kitchen had every appliance I could possibly hope for, and dining table doubled as board game central. Felt very welcome with all the extra little amenities, thank you!

We really liked the design and decor of the house. Only thing missing was a grill.

We had a great time and would stay again. Plenty of room for our kids and our dogs. The dog washing station outside was not only great for the dog but great for rinsing kids’ sandy feet.

We were in Eugene for a track meet and this was a perfect place for the family to unwind. Quaint town, great beach and house was amazing for our dog!
