Yarmouth Yacht Club in Seabrook - Close to Downtown and Park

Perfect place. Really cose to dog park & a nice walk to most everything else. Home was just as pictured, but the dining table was even bigger, which was nice (easily seats six). Has everything we needed to cook & clean, including some basic spices & condiments. The only negative was that the bed was way too soft, so we had to change rooms which meant we (parents) were sleeping on two twins & our 11 year old was on the queen bed... definitely not ideal. We also weren't able to rent shuffleboard or horseshoes since the rental was through a third party instead of Seabrook.

Perfect for four, two full bathrooms was nice.

The kitchen was disappointing. Almost everything was dirty.

Everything was great we enjoyed our stay. The sunset was beautiful!!

This is a lovely home that would be welcoming for families, couples, kids and pets. Walking distance to town & a few more steps to the beach.I appreciated 2 full baths, wonderful big kitchen. Wish the livingroom furniture was a little softer. Parking tight for large vehicles.Enjoyed our stay

Cozy cottage just a walk away from restaurants and shops. Try the pizza, enjoy the bakery, have sunset with your dinner.

Small town charm and fun for kids/pets still the reason we keep returning to Seabrook. Relax and enjoy the coast/beaches. Sun and cool breezes.

We loved the location of the house. Close to the playground and dog park. A nice courtyard for the row of houses with a community fireplace outside with wood. Town center is not too far, close enough for us to walk to it almost twice a day.

This house is the perfect size for a small group/family. This house may seem “small” compared to other options but it’s exactly what you need. It’s a close to the main town center and beach, and it’s well stocked with all the tools, toys, and appliances you need for a great trip. We ran into an issue with the front door lock, but that was quickly resolved with a concise phone call to the staff. Definitely would stay here again!

The location is great, and the layout was perfect for a family of 4.

We always enjoy our stay at this cottage and even more so now that they rent it through Vacasa. Everything was taken care of for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Everything was good. The bed for sleeping needs to be replaced with a higher quality medium to firm bed. Mattress was too soft and unable to sleep well

The place was big enough for a family of 4. Cleanliness wasn't the best. We found hair balls in the corners of the bathrooms and around the living rooms. Seeing somebodies hair was just nasty. Some dishes were not fully clean and cups had small debris of food. We had to hand wash all the dishes before using them. The front door lock system is not reliable and has a trick. The location was OK as everything was close by. The neighbors were a little loud at night. The houses are so close together, you hear everything.

Nice. However the throw pillows in living room were dirty looking and the throw rug in 2nd bedroom horribly dirty. Also couldnt figure out netflix. Directions would be helpful.

We booked this on vrbo. I think the official seabrook houses were all full for that weekend. Very easy to book, instructions for clear for getting in to the home (maybe put instructions on how to lock the front door though). Would recommend to others!

This darling home is located in the walkable town of Seabrook. We enjoyed walking to dinner, the beach, Saturday market and the coffee shop. The house was comfortable and had everything needed for a fun weekend getaway.

The cleaner was still working when we arrived at 3:45, but since check in was at 4 we drove around a bit more. When we returned she told us she needed a little more time. So we walked around a little. When we returned she was just leaving. The place was quaint and comfortable but I wasn’t impressed with the bedding. The pillows were all flat and tired and definitely needed to be replaced. The kitchen had napkins and paper towels, but wasn’t well stocked with things like foil and zip lock baggies or anything for leftovers. Location was nice and a short walk to town and beach. Overall quaint and pleasant though and we enjoyed our stay.
