Stayed Aug 2, 2025This was the perfect space for our Blended family of 6. Enough bedrooms to accommodate our needs. Full kitchen for cooking any meal at home.Beaches were within 4 miles of the house. Quiet neighborhood to walk around. Easy check-in and great communication from the owners.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024The rental was wonderful - sunny, clean, well appointed, and pleasant interior design (loved the beach feeling). We stayed with 4 adults and 3 children - it had a great layout for us. It was an easy 5 min drive to the beach, which we enjoyed every day! Maria very responsive leading up to the rental - everything went smoothly during our time there. Would highly recommend! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024Great house and great location! Quiet neighborhood but also close to stores and beach. The house is large and comfortably accommodates a big group with plenty of room for all. The kitchen is very well stocked and organized. Linens and towels being provided was an added plus. Communication with the hosts was a pleasure and very easy check in/out. This is a great choice for a cape cod rental.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023This house fit our needs perfectly, with 4 adults and 4 kids. Location was great; a quiet walking neighborhood with a short ride to many of our favorite spots (grays beach, mayflower beach, Hyannis ferries…) The house had everything we needed and was clean and modern. We had little need to contact the owners, but they responded immediately when we did. Would definitely consider this property in the future.
