Stayed Apr 6, 2026We absolutely loved this place! Great neighborhood with so many restaurants and bars also a short ride to broadway! We loved how clean this house was and I have to say it was so organized! The master bed was soooo comfortable. They had everything we needed plus more. I would definitely rent this place again and would recommend it if you want a clean comfortable home.

Stayed May 30, 2025It’s a really lovely house in a quiet neighborhood! The fenced-in backyard with the covered table and chairs was a real treat, with big shady trees and lots of birds to enjoy. Everything was clean and comfortable. My family would love to stay here again!

Stayed Jul 25, 2024This home is lovely and in a wonderful residential neighborhood. It's near a huge park for walking on trails and then greenways and East Nashville is nice for low key good eating and cocktails. Quick uber ride to downtown.

Stayed Jun 10, 2024This was a very clean, well-located rental and was the most well-stocked place I have ever stayed (laundry detergent, coffee, plenty of cooking implements). We were in town for a combo of work and tourism. I loved the quiet location and the local restaurants — especially the nearby board game/coffee shop. Communication and checking in and out was very easy.
