Wrap around deck with ocean views!

It was a great trip! My first time booking through Vrbo and it was a great experience. They were great hosts as well & very responsive. The house was nice and will definitely consider this house again.

The home had plenty of room for our family of 8. The ability to have a golf cart to travel around at no extra cost was great. Our family made great use of the cart. And location, what more can you say when you can look out and see the ocean. It was literally 5 minutes, probably less, to walk to the beach.

The house is in a nice neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach. The golf cart made getting around easy. To enter and exit through the gate closest to the beach and to access the parking lot at the beach, you have to purchase a 30 card from the Oceanside Village office and you get 10 back if you return it at the end of your stay. The homeowner thought it was 20 and that you got all 20 back, so I wanted to clarify. The house is nicely decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. However, the living room furniture and mattresses are worn out, stained, and well overdue for replacement. The mattress in the king bedroom has thick foam on top of it and hurt my husband’s back. When I asked if it could be replaced, the homeowner told me to flip it over and see if that helped. When we lifted the thick foam off the mattress, there was a hole in the mattress where a spring had poked through and the other side was badly stained. The box spring in the queen room is falling apart and being held up with boards, and the mattresses in the two twins room are also worn out. The living room couches are old and covered, and you sink down when you sit on them. The chair that isn’t covered is badly stained. It was really a shame because you can tell a lot of money has gone into the upgrades that have been made. The king bedroom was also hot compared to the rest of the house and no hot water for the washer. A few upgrades could make an okay stay a great stay!

Nice place. Close to the beach. Communication to the owner with a question was well received and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids! There was a lot of seating for everyone to hang out and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beach is only a 2 minute walk, but the golf cart made it even easier to bring all of our stuff to the beach! We all really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at the beach. House was awesome. Only down fall was the listing stated 5 bedrooms and only had 4 but overall really good!

Walk across the street to the beach. We added the golf cart which was nice. My suggestion for this home is that it needs a very good detailed cleaning and cleaning better between stays. The floors got everyone’s feet black, I kept my slippers on. There was a sock in our bedroom floor with dust balls, someone’s bar of soap was in the shower, the stove had food running down in the drawer. The linens need a good wash, you can tell they are not washed often. The furniture in the living room is worn and dated. There was a bad sewer smell in the bath and laundry. This place could be awesome but it needs a very good deep clean and some updates. Owner was responsive to questions.
