Wrap around deck-Pet-Friendly 1 Block from beach!

The house was very nice and close to the beach. All went very well and it was easy in and out. Highly recommend.

We arrived at the house for Spring Break pretty late but check in was super easy with the door code that was emailed. That was super convenient! The house was very clean and so perfect for our family. We had plenty of space. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas are very large and had everything we needed. We didn't cook much, mostly just warmed up food but the kitchen was stocked well. The beds are very comfortable which was great after very long days on the beach. The beach is just a short walk down the road. We took a wagon to hold chairs and toys. There are lots of toys and chairs in the garage which was also nice. My kids enjoyed borrowing the boogie boards. The waves were pretty high our first day and later in the afternoon we noticed a lot of man of wars washing onshore unfortunately. That happened a couple days so we made sure to go out early. Beaches weren't crowed but enough people and kids to make it fun. Walking the beach at night was nice as well and the kids had a blast catching all the tiny crabs running around. We took our bikes to ride around the neighborhood which was very nice. Lots of people out walking and riding. There are a lot of great restaurants on the Island and we even ordered delivery one night. Overall we had a great week! Thanks for the accomodations!

Very comfortable and updated home with a view of the water from the front deck. Wonderful amenities, nice covered area on ground floor to enjoy the breeze when the sun is shining on the deck. Really appreciated early check-in and timely communication with lots of info about the area and the home.

Very clean, well stocked property and comfortable beds. Only suggestion, lots of beach items, which is great, but would be helpful if there were wagons to cart the items to the beach plus beach towels would be helpful. One other suggestion is a dish rag or a scrubbie for the kitchen. Other than that perfect spot and house.

We consider us lucky to have found this little gem last minute after the owner of another property had cancelled on us 2 days prior to our weekend getaway. This beach house was very clean and cozy... just the perfect size for the 3 of us + small dog. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend this place! The process of renting Coastal Breeze was a breeze and all our questions were answered in a kind and professional way through text messages, emails and easy instructions inside the house. The only thing I came across was the red umbrella on the front porch, that wasn't working since the fabric was broken. Not a big deal, of course but could be useful after the hot summer days...

Beautiful place within a block from the beach. 20 minutes from The Strand.

Communication with host was difficult.

The home was exactly as listed. Very clean. Short walk to the beach - under 4 minutes for us. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog too. Thank you for an easy breezy vacation!

We enjoyed this property, perfect size for our group. Nicely stocked kitchen amenities, huge refrigerator. Walkable to beach. Would stay again.
