The lake house was quiet and relaxing and exactly as it was pictured. The lake was beautiful at sunrise and sunset and with all the windows it was mesmerizing. The property was very clean and the host was so helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We did have a pet that I didn't realize was coming, but he was very good and enjoyed his stay, too! The friend who brought the dog realized when she got home that there was one of your knives in her pet's food container. If you will provide a mailing address, he wants to mail it back. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting in your lakehouse and would love to visit again sometime.

Amazing house, very clean and cozy! The lake view is amazing, even though it was cold, I was able to put the kayak in the lake and row the boat! Amazing thanksgiving weekend!

Cabin location was fantastic for using our Freedom Boat Club reciprocal membership benefit. We loved the view of the lake while having our coffee in the morning and using the fire pit at night.

Everything was very nice, the host, was informative and helpful and clear. The amenities were very nice, clean and well appointed.The view was gorgeous on a nicely landscaped and tree'd lot. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. We enjoyed our time away from city life.

The lake views were breathtaking and we enjoyed the dock area while we fished. The house was very comfortable and we also enjoyed the porch area in the morning. The grill was perfectly placed for easy cooking and passing into the kitchen. Only one small problem was the use of the microwave it kept locking up after every use. King size bed was very comfortable but it was the only bed we used. Overall great place to enjoy the lake.

We had such a wonderful stay at this lakeside property! The home was everything we expected: clean and comfortable, with cozy spaces to spread out and relax. The best part was, of course, the lake itself. Waking up to the peaceful water views and spending time outside made the trip truly special. Whether enjoying coffee or dinner on the porch, playing with our dog in the backyard, or just watching the beautiful sunsets each night, it was the perfect getaway. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay right on the lake!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We liked the easy walk to the dock, the big view of the lake, and the screened porch. Inside, we liked all of the space and the board games that were provided. The owner was very responsive with questions. The only negative was the kitchen could do with a deep clean and be better stocked for cooking.

My family had an amazing getaway week at this fantastic lakehouse. Its got everything you need: gorgeous sunset view, easy lake access, excellent lake location, proximity to shopping, amazing hot tub, & friendly, helpful owners. 5 stars only because I can't give it 6!

Wonderful brief stay with family. The grands loved fishing from the dock, swimming, and fishing again. Open floor plan and dining table large enough to seat us all together. Since we were only there 3 nights, we didn’t utilize the fire pit, grill, or hot tub but all looked as shown. Recommend visiting the Georgia Safari in Madison. We all loved the experience of this new animal conservation park.

My husband and I celebrated the July 4th holiday with our daughter and her family. We had a great time. Our granddaughters had so much fun playing in the sand, swimming and riding on the boat. The house had everything we needed to have an enjoyable weekend. The layout was perfect, family stayed in the loft giving them a little privacy. The boat ramp was super convenient. Got to see some great fireworks. Thanks John and Gail for hosting our first trip to Lake Oconee. When can we come again?

Wonderful view of the lake and sunsets. Plenty of space in the house and we love the screened porch. We love that it’s dog-friendly. We have stayed here multiple times and never been disappointed.

We were very happy with our accommodations. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The owners were excellent in communicating with us regarding an issue they were dealing with at the house. Our stay was great!

This is a great location on the Middle to South end of the lake. Super quick ride to Redneck Island on the water and maybe 20 minutes to Jumping Rock. This home is tucked away in a great location on the lake. The sunsets are amazing. It rained on and off some during our stay we occupied ourselves with the hottub and back porch chillin and card games. Thank you for opening up your home to us. God Bless!

I love to return again and again to this A frame beauty directly on the lake. Quiet mornings with a pot of coffee listening to birds singing. The home is casually elegant and well appointed. I have stayed with a small dog and also with a group of girlfriends.

This is the third year we have booked this house and we love it. The huge screened in porch overlooking Lake Oconee and the aframe style with windows all the way to the ceiling is what first got my attention. You can relax inside or outside on the screened porch and have amazing views of the lake. Also it has shade trees everywhere so it is a little private getaway.

As a first-time VRBO user, I am genuinely grateful for such an outstanding experience, which has set the bar high for future stays. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, even providing firewood for the fire pit. The breathtaking views and the host's exceptional communication truly enhanced our visit. If you haven't yet explored Lake Oconee, I wholeheartedly recommend planning a trip there and staying at this remarkable property.

3 couples stayed for the weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of room with the porch and dock. It is wonderful for everyone to hang out together. Lovely view on the lake and eady to get to.

We had a delightful stay at the lake house. The house was clean and well-supplied. Everything was in good working order. Lake access was excellent and I really enjoyed watching the sun rise over the lake each morning through the large picture windows. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and dock. Thank you Gail and John.

This is a cozy place to stay for a quick weekend trip. A little outdated, but still cozy and nice. We enjoyed fishing on the dock and in the canoe. There was plenty of room for our entire family and pups.

We enjoyed a quick trip for some rest and relaxation with our dog. The house was clean, well maintained and large enough for several people. The house is right on the lake on a large lot with beautiful views. We would definitely recommend this rental and plan to rent again!

My husband and I are visiting our daughter and family from Canyon Lake, Texas. As we once owned a lakefront lake house on Table Rock Lake we always look to find lakes wherever we go. We were all delightfully surprised at your charming lakefront lake house with an amazing setting. Though it’s winter we all enjoyed the hot tub, the beautiful views and well designed floor plan. We also thoroughly playing games by the fireplace with a cozy fire.We definitely hope to rent again this summer to enjoy the water next time!,

Backyard was everything. Kids loved the sand pit. Quiet and serene. Perfect.

A perfect get-away! This has cozy spaces to enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake from dockside to the spacious screened in porch or the living room. The house was very clean and well-stocked. John and Gail made the check-in and check-out process easy and responded quickly with any questions, even accommodating us with an early check-in after a long drive to escape a FL hurricane.. It is a quick drive to shop in Lake Oconee Village. We loved this property and would definitely stay here again when returning to the area.

This was a beautiful setting, wonderful house, great location. The town of Eatonton close by has great restaurants and shopping. Harbor Golf Club close by was beautiful. We did not have kids with us but this would be a great place for family get togethers. Highly recommend. Someday we’ll take our kids and grandkids! John the owner was wonderful to work with, very responsive! Thank you!

The owners were quick to reply to messages and very accommodating. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed the shallow lake area with the small kids and deeper water with the adults. We loved the sand area and the easy walk to and from the house. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely visit again!
