The house was perfectly clean and supplied with everything you need. The pool very clean. Close to the beach in very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

The host is very accommodating and is great at communicating with guests. We loved the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The house is very clean. Overall, a great place to stay with family!

My family's stay at this location was perfect. The home is beautifully decorated. There were adequate linens provided. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The host was very communicative.

Beautiful,exceptionally clean home with all the amenities. We loved that there was plenty of living space for seven people and completely updated. We enjoyed cooling off in the heated pool after being out all day. This house is truly a find in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was one of the best I have ever communicated with, Sandy responded almost immediately. We would definitely choose this home again if we come back for Phillies Spring training. Year number 3 of an incredible stay at this beautiful home. Three times we have stayed at this house and we are booked again for next year. The home is perfect for two couple. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the entertainment space for great privacy. The home is updated, clean and stocked with every essential you can think of. Then go outside to a dream pool. We love it here, you will too!!

Every aspect of our stay was wonderful. Have never encountered a house so well appointed as this one was, especially the kitchen! The back yard with heated pool, hot tub, pergola covered lounging area, and fire pit ring (with firewood included) and chairs gives you several options depending on weather. The host communicated everything you need to know and was excellent during our stay.

Host was very welcoming and went out of their way to resolve any issues we had. The amenities were even better than expected.

This was an amazing place to stay! Gorgeous private backyard with fire pit, heated pool, hot tub, palm trees, decorative lights, and a corn hole game, plus lots of other pool and beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas in garage. The interior was beautiful as well and the host communication was excellent. Pretty much everything was supplied that you might need! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time and the host had things set up and decorated for Christmas. The hot tub and pool felt great and love that the pool was heated.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving Family Getaway! Met our adult children for some family time. Everyone had their space, with comfortable beds. Common space was comfortable playing divided with creature comforts, games, pool and hot tub. Location was close to parks and activities, and home is stocked with towels, cookware, pool items and other amenities.

This home was perfect! Everything we needed and wanted. The host went above and beyond, making our stay very accommodating! Smelled good upon entering, staged excellent, easy and fast communication, everything was beautiful and clean. Definitely 10 out of 10 recommend and will be returning in the future!

Nice house, pool and hot tub. Three girlfriends for a quick trip from Iowa. The house was spacious, bedrooms nice. Kitchen had almost everything you’d need to cook in, if wanted too. Would recommend. We also drove to Bradenton to ride horses in the water. And took another trip to snorkel and collect shells. ( not really the place to snorkel) but shelling was fun.

Property was as advertised; well appointed, clean and spacious. Pool was great; clean and warm. Close to beach and grocery store. Plenty of beach toys, umbrella, chairs, cooler, etc…

Our family had an wonderful 2 night stay at this beautiful home! We decided to spend a couple days here, after our Disney trip, to enjoy the beach but ended up staying indoors most of the time .The house was so clean and inviting. The decor and amenities were amazing! I have never seen vacation home that offered so much! The kitchen cabinets were stocked with everything you could possibly need as well as toiletries, towels, etc.The heated pool and outdoor space was beautiful and relaxing. The garage was packed with all sorts of pool/beach equipment.Our host was also very accommodating and easy to get in contact with. Overall this place was amazing and we would highly recommend it to any family looking for a fun and cozy vacation spot.

Great home with everything you could need; near everything you could want to do. Busch Gardens, Honeymoon & Caladesi Islands, Clearwater & Dunedin are places to visit. Or stay home for a day as we did and enjoy the pool. There’s a Publix on every corner & even more places to eat nearby!

Our family stay was great! Easy check in, easy check out, very clean, and well taken care of. Sandra checked in on us and made sure we had all we needed. We were welcomed with a handwritten note and chalkboard.. even treats!! that was so thoughtful. The house had so many items- anything you could think you need and even the dreadful items you forget unintentionally. The house was so homey- incredibly kid and pet friendly. We made fun memories and enjoyed this home so much :) Thank you Sandra!!

This VRBO was excellent!! Exactly as pictured..perfect for families or small group of friends. We had 3 couples with 2 celebrating bdays. Open concept was great for socializing..our beach trip was rained out so we hung at the house and enjoyed pool and hot tub..then grilled dinner enjoyed playing charades in the huge living room and watched movies on big tv..great communications with owner and ez transaction. Will be back for sure.

This house is absolutely perfect. The house is updated beautifully and extremely clean! Sandra had absolutely everything we needed for both the pool and the beach. The location was perfect, only 5 minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach. We will definitely rent this house again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Host Sandra was so wonderful, easy communication and was very helpful with a couple questions. The house had everything you would ever need and plenty of extras! The private pool was stellar!! If you are want to visit Indian Rocks, Clearwater, TreasurIsland or Fort De Soto Park this house is a great location.

We were surprised how immaculate and well stocked this house was. From pool toys, towels etc. We had a wonderful time and will return in the future. I hated to see it end!

Very convenient location less than 10 minutes from the beach! The owner was great with communication and made check in and check out very easy. The garage was full of helpful items for the beach (umbrellas, toys, etc) that made it easier for going with our kids.

This house had everything we needed to enjoy time with our family. The detailed listing tells you exactly what the house offers, which is a lot. The open kitchen/dining area gave our family a great location to hang out when instead while the pool area was perfect at all times of the day and night. The house is close to the beach and many great restaurants. Nothing to complain about here as the host is fantastic.

The house was exactly as described, so beautiful and modern inside. The owner thought of everything down to the smallest details. Only had to contact her a couple of times and they were because of our user error and she was super quick to respond. We only had to buy food, no need to buy any kitchen/bathroom items. She had everything. Tons of towels which was awesome since there were 5 of us. Washer was huge and there were two dryers which was super convenient. Tons of pool toys/beach gear. A quick drive to the beach! Pool and hot tub were fantastic and a great way to end the day if we were out all day. She left us a cute gift upon arrival which was a nice touch. A must stay in the area, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone! A beautiful home!

We started our larger family vacation at this home a few days earlier and we were so pleased! It was such a nice quiet beautiful place to start our week and half of relaxation away from Minnesota! Our host was so responsive not only before we booked, but throughout the time before we arrived, the day before and during the stay! She was so fast to respond and help us with any questions we had. She ensured we had all of the information prior to our arrival and had everything that we needed. The house was so well stocked with everything we could need from the kitchen to the bathrooms! The house was also decorated so well, it was such a welcoming place to stay. I would highly recommend this property as well as the host, she was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was more than fully stocked with everything you need. There was ton of toilet paper, paper towels, spices, laundry detergent and bounce. The full size body washes and full size shampoo’s were great. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. The owner was great to work with. This is our second stay at this property. It was a repeat of our earlier experience- an incredible place to stay!! Has to be the most well stocked rental home. Anything that you could possibly need from seasonings to appliances to pool accessories.We have booked again for next year. Love the location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Four of us spent the night here for a staycation and I was incredibly pleased with the property. The house was clean and beautiful, the hot tub was ready and yard nice and neat. The neighborhood was pleasant as well. 10/10

We traveled with 2 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space, towels, and amenities. Location was close to the beach but kids actually asked to go back to the house and use the pool and hot tub more. Home was clean!!

This home is wonderful, and a great location for us near family in Seminole. The homeowner thought of everything; it has anything you could need and then some. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Nicely decorated and owner kept in touch often asking if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

This house is so beautifully decorated. We were warmly greeted with a personalized welcome sign and a bottle of wine. The pool was perfect temperature. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and utensils We were very impressed and so comfortable Would stay here again!

Our rental was amazing! Great location near lots of restaurants and stores and a few miles from the beaches. The home was exactly as described! Immaculate inside and out! Wonderfully decorated as well which made it feel very cozy. The owner had so many extras throughout the house that made it so much easier to be on vacation without having to do a lot of shopping. Beach and pool equipment included! Pool and hot tub were fantastic and the yard was great. Easy and fast communication with our host and an easy process to check in and check out. We will definetly rent again if we go back to the same area in the future! Highly reccomend! Neighborhood was quiet as well. Just what we needed for a relaxing vacation!
