Beautiful home and great hosts!

Had a great time! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the rooms were all comfortable.

Beautiful property with all the amenities. Close to everything. Stunning views of the city and water. The host, Patrick, was easy to communicate with. Nice quite neighborhood. Our group was extremely happy with this property! 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The view was spectacular, especially at night with all the city lights. Pool was warm and spa even hotter. Felt really good after a day of site seeing. Host was very responsive and worked with us on a pool light issue. Kitchen was very nice with plenty of room to move about. My daughter was particularly envious of the decor. Loved all the sparkles. Beds were very comfortable. Had a bit of trouble keeping the fitted sheets on but they were very soft. The downstairs bedroom bath shower was a bit small so if you need a bigger shower you may need to go upstairs where there is a beautiful master with two additional bedrooms and bath.

The view was glorious. We all loved spending time in the pool and hot tub. Patrick and Will were wonderful owners to work with. They provided many supplies that we don't usually get with other owners. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family and gave us the best place to relax and take in the beautiful weather! The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. This is a house we would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful time in San Diego, and Will and Patrick were the most amazing hosts. I informed Patrick that we were celebrating our daughter's 16th birthday and Will went out of his way to make her feel special. The birthday decorations and flowers were beautiful, and he even had a birthday cake for her - above and beyond! The home was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The heated pool was a big highlight with the kids, both day and night...and those evening sunsets were just stunning! We hate to leave but can't wait to come back!

The house was amazing!!! Even better in person than it is in pictures! My husband and I were able to fly to CA and treat our son ( who is in the Navy)and his girlfriend to a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We spent most of the time enjoying the Pool and the hot tub in the backyard. This is a beautifully maintained property! Patrick and Will were wonderful!!! I would highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay with friends or family. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Patrick gave us great advice on what to do as we have not stayed in San Diego.

We had a lovely time and enjoyed the pool, spa , mini golf and the beautiful landscaping of the yard.

Perhaps the first VRBO we've rented that actually was undersold by the ad. What a beautiful home! The backyard is an oasis, and the hosts are delightful -- and very responsive. Will happily rent from them again.

Had a very lovely stay. House was just as described. Patrick met up with us to Checkin and to personally show us around the house and where to find things. It was our son’s birthday and they had a happy birthday banner to welcome him. Pool and spa were great. Everything you need for a great vacation was provided. Will be back!

Beautiful landscape! All kinds of plants and flowers! Pool was awesome with a connecting heated spa! On a hill overlooking the city and mountains! Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful location! It is clean and we loved it overall. I would strongly recommend paying the extra for the pool to be heated if you plan to use it. We did and are so glad we payed the extra. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the location is great. The only disappointment we had was the thinness of the towels. That is pretty minor compared to how lovely everything else was. We would definitely stay here again!

We have travelled throughout the US and have frequently stayed in rental properties, this one is truly outstanding. It has everything you could possibly wish for. Patrick was an excellent host and the pool, garden and view are just fabulous. My only criticism would be that the sunbeds are getting tired, and the location is not ideal if you want a local bar or nightlife.

From the get go Patrick was lovely answered my questions quickly, the home large for a big group had all the things, windows brought in alot of light, grocery store and Walmart were very near by, but that back yard!! The back yard is beautifully maintained, the garden was gorgeous, spa was nice and the pool was awesome! Loved this home!

We loved our stay at this house! It had everything we needed and more as a family of five. We visited San Diego for the first time and hit the ground running to do all of the touristy things. The location was great - the drive in the morning to each place we visited was 15-35 minutes so nice and close! We learned to avoid the 3:00-5:00 rush hour on our way back to the house at the end of the day. This home provided a cozy and comfortable place for us to unwind, relax, refuel, and make core memories. The kids (ages 11, 9, 6) LOVED the pool (and all of the floaties!) and hot tub and were in it every morning and evening. They also enjoyed the putting green and we all enjoyed the beautiful landscaping. We paid for heating the pool spa the first few days (a colder stretch of 60 degree weather) and then just heated the spa the rest of the time and used solar to heat the pool. Well worth the extra cost to always have that to look forward to after a day on our feet. Patrick was great and prompt with answering my questions prior to booking, leading up to our trip, and after our arrival. Everything was a breeze and we appreciated the hospitality. We hope to make it back there someday and would highly recommend!

Close to the freeway for easy access to any where you want to go in San Diego. The Host was great to work with. The house was clean and well equipped. My kids loved playing on the putting range. The view was amazing! And convenience of having local stores close by was great for shopping. The Beach was only a 30 minute drive. It was a great place to stay!

I’ve stayed at different places traveling and this is the most beautiful thoughtful home we’ve stayed at. Communication was easy everything explained and it’s even more beautiful than the pictures.

This place was amazing

The house is very practical and has everything you may need. Pool and hot tub are just fantastic. Location is very conveniently located next to a major interstate so very easy to get to the various SD attractions. I think this is probably obvious to anyone renting in this area, but you definitely need a rental car.

Everything was better than expected. Unfortunately, it was just 2 of us instead of 4 so it was supposed to be. It war a lot of house for just us 2. It was extremely clean and comfortable. I will definitely try to get this property if we make it back to San Diego. The host was nice and had plenty of suggestions for local things to do.

The property is exactly as listed, the pool and spa absolutely delightful, the neighborhood safe, the house well stocked and comfortable, and the communication with the host smooth and easy. We had a relaxing time and were able to get most places we wanted to go within 20 minutes due to the close proximity to the 805.

I could live in this backyard…. Views are amazing pool and spa are perfect. Great time! Host was excellent and prompt.~

A real home from home feel at this property , very comfortable stay here . The pool area is so modern and relaxing with panoramic views . As a family this was just what we were looking for and loved spending time here , was an excellent base to explore in a lovely quiet neighbourhood which was very safe . The hosts Patrick and Will were an eight to meet and the communication was exceptional . highly recommend this property just fabulous

All great except none of the tv’s worked.. Host could not fix Missed 3 nfl games and 2 baseball games!!! Very disappointed.

The house is awesome, everything we needed to prepare meals, room enough for everyone. The best part was the pool and hot tub and of course the view. Thanks Patrick.
