This property was one of the most well stocked vacation homes we've ever stayed at. The house was clean and definitely made us feel at home. The layout was comfortable with ample room for our family of 7 adults and our pets. The area is beautiful and close to the beach and the bay. Our first time vacationing in Brigantine was a great experience, even with the weather not being ideal. We are looking forward to visiting again.

The Host is great. The entire house was fully furnished, including everything we needed in the kitchen: cooking utensils, silverware, dishwasher detergent, etc. Newer refrig in the kitchen and an extra refrig in the garage. The Ninja coffee machine makes coffee using either grounds or pods. Plenty of household towels. Bed sheets included. Nice outside grill. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and other items for the beach. The house is just over a block from the beach, so less than a 5-minute walk.

Loved the property - short walk to beach. The house had everything needed - beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach items. Kitchen had all items needed. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 3 couples. The stairs are somewhat steep between the floors (only mention that if anyone in your party would have difficulty with stairs). Great location - very quiet. First time for us in Brigantine but would definitely go back.

It was our family’s 2nd time staying here and it did not disappoint! It’s always a plus that we can bring our dog and all have space to relax.The AC gave out on our 2nd day and Pat was very responsive and had a temp unit installed within the next day and fully fixed by the next day. Communication was fantastic!

It's so easy to walk almost anywhere, beach, dog beach, seawall, gazebo,etc. The kitchen is well equipped, and we find the house very clean. Best of all we can bring our pups with us! Pat is the MOST attentive manager, can't praise him enough,Thanks!

This was a perfect location to stay outside of AC but with easy access to the convention center for my daughter’s tournament. Very happy with the house and check in/check out and all of the amenities.

Unit is as shown. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need during beach season in the garage. Quiet neighborhood. Clean unit but could use a deep clean to get splatters of the walls in spots. Only con was listening to every word the people in the other unit were saying while on the balcony and the music from inside when their slider was left open. But expected when renting a duplex.

Stay was great. Just what we were looking for in a long weekend. Location was quiet with lots of places to walk the dog.

Very clean, modern and well maintained. Well appointed furniture, all in excellent working condition. Linens and towels were all in excellent condition and no shortage of towels and beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked with dishware, flatware and cooking utensils, dishwasher, toaster, Kuerig for coffee. Clothes washer & dryer on first floor. One block walk to the beach. Beach chairs aplenty, umbrellas, beach cart, two working barbecues, propane gas, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. We rated this definitely a 5-star. Was exactly as advertised. Brigantine is a quiet, very safe, family-friendly place with a boardwalk but happily zero boardwalk stores and ticky tacky amusements. The sidewalks roll up at nitetime by 7PM which is just what we wanted. For excitement, we went to the ice cream shops which sell homemade ice cream. A large ACME grocery store 2 miles away.

We loved the town of Brigantine! Beautiful ,quiet, and a short walk to beach was perfect! This home was clean and enough space to enjoy and relax after a day at the beach!

We had a great stay with our family. The location was prime! Easy walk to the beach with small kids. We also enjoyed walking to the school playground after dinner. House was setup great to have grandma stay on the first floor, and kids all fit up stairs with ample space to spread out. The owners were extremely easy to work with, responding quickly. They even had the cleaning crew stop by to roll out our trash cans!

The stay was absolutely perfect for our group of moms to have some peace and quiet for a few days and experience a night out on the town in AC (definitely use the limo services listed). The proximity to the beach is very close and you can hear the waves crashing at night from the deck! I look forward to booking again--- next time with my family!

Location is perfect, quiet and only 2 blocks from the beach. Rooms are a great size, and the property is very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
