We stayed at this great house with 3 generations of family. The house was very comfortable and roomy. We older members appreciated the elevator! The pool and hot tub were a nice feature. Steps away from a lovely beach. We had a great family reunion vacation. We look forward to returning.

We had an absolutely amazing week! The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The ocean was just steps away and the beach was beautiful with lots of lifeguards during the day. Our pool was great with the deep and shallow ends, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Having an elevator was a hug plus along with the kitchen being very well stocked. It was also great having a lot of other things close by to do, especially Shark Park, which our seven grandkids loved!! They did not want to leave. Our son rented us a six person golf cart to get around the island which was so much fun and it also allowed to make quick trips to stores and such. The biggest shout out though goes to our host Bettylynne and Chris. Everything from beginning to end was so smooth because of them. Communication was wonderful every step of the way, and they made sure we had everything we needed. I would 100 % come back to this beautiful island of Brigantine and would definitely rent from these owners again. Thank you so much for everything!

It was our family reunion with several milestones to celebrate. And it was spectacular! 16 people aged 3 - 77 came from across the country to spend the 4th of July week down da shore. Being a busy holiday, we found this home both in the action and a quiet respite. The house fit us perfectly. Each family found their own space for sleeping and private time. We loved cocktail hour on the upper deck with beautiful views of the Atlantic. The great room gave us plenty of space to gather everyone for meals and movies. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The double refrigerator and the additional fridge on the first floor gave us plenty of storage and fewer trips to the store means more time at the beach. The beverage bar gave easy access to snacks and drinks. There were plenty of beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, buckets, and shovels for our outings to the beach. The beach was roomy even during the busy 4th. We didn't use the pool much because we had perfect beach weather but it was a great change of pace especially for the little ones. It was well-equipped with an umbrella table and an outdoor shower. Bettylyn was very kind and attentive, answering our questions and checking in on us via text periodically.

Wonderful for a family reunion - beautiful views from ocean-facing porches, short walking distance from both the beach and restaurants, room for a large group. Would rent again.

The house has multiple spacious bedrooms. The new pool is a delight for families and the third floor kitchen great room looks out over the shoreline. The constant sea breeze made sitting outside a delight for adults and children alike. The master suite is a gem.
