Great house for our group of friends! Kitchen was well stocked to cook dinner and breakfast. We also had a lot of room to spread out. The garage access was also great for easy bike storage and maintenance. Will definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and accommodating.

We absolutely loved this home.Our family of 12, including our kids and grandkids had plenty of room. The house is a short drive to the downtown area and the State Park beach. The lot the home is on is huge, so the family had fun playing hot box, with lots of room to run. Check in was easy, with a lovely welcome basket of treats that kept the grandkids happy. Jenn was easily accessible with answers to any questions or concerns. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glassware, storage containers. Our only thought was with such a large group with different dietary needs/likes, a 2nd fridge would have come in handy to store juice/pop/water/beer and wine. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels, toilet paper and soap, as well as a hair dryer in each. Wi-Fi access was easy. The garage was filled with lots of stuff for the beach, from chairs to beach toys as well as 6 bikes.

Great property! The kitchen was perfect for a family, and the kids really enjoyed the backyard.

check in process was great kitchen was big and roomy. the only reason we gave 4 stars for description is because it listed5 bedrooms and we were told there was an extra room locked in the basement if we needed it. so we thought this meant 5 gedrooms plus an extra.. but it was actually the 5th bedroom that is listed on the description.

Very good communication with owner. House was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable, porches were a nice place to sit and have dinner or coffee in the morning. Bikes in garage along with beach chairs were great to have available. House is close to major roadway to get you to all the sites. We had 7 people there and it never felt crowded. All couples had their own space. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

A great stay.

Planned a weekend to celebrate my twin sister the bride-to-be, and this house was the perfect comfortable size for my party of 13 girls and in proximity to wonderful vineyards and the adorable downtown traverse city.

Easy check in and very attentive owner, wanted to see if we needed anything, called in a person to clear the driveway from all the snow. Great stay and would book again. Thank you!

This house was perfect!! In every way! We had a weekend planned to celebrate our 50th birthdays! The house was well stocked, more so than any house I have ever stayed in! Appreciated the snacks and Keurig Coffee pods! The house was exactly as described and just like the pictures. It was a perfect location. We don’t have any complaints! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Finally! A place that was true to the description given. This home was definitely a beautiful, CLEAN, organized, and comfortable place to spend on our family vacation. We come up often to Traverse City and this was by far the best place we have stayed at. This place was fully stocked with just about everything you need to cook, clean or play, even bikes and beach supplies! Plenty of space and we had fun playing ping pong. The host responded quickly to any of my questions. I honestly have not one complaint or suggestion. This is a gem. Thank you again for the great stay!

Very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated house. Adequately stocked and in a friendly, quiet neighborhood close to hiking/biking trails and nice beach on Lake Michigan. Would definitely stay at this house again.

We had a lovely stay! Jenn was so great at communicating and helping us navigate this vacation. The house layout is perfect for big groups and extended family gatherings. We hosted a BBQ on the back deck while the kids played in the back yard! One word of warning, the road in front of the house cars go much faster than the posted speed limit. It was not disruptive in terms of sound, rather just had to keep a close eye on the young kids we had with us. We will be back! Loved the house and the location.

The house was great and allowed the marathon runners and their spouses to relax in comfort before and after the marathon. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for all 12 of us. The house was impeccably clean and decorated very nicely. It is one of the better houses we have stayed in. I highly recommend the house, the owners were wonderful to work with and even checked in with us during the stay to make sure we were comfortable.

We came to Traverse City for my brother’s wedding and all the kids and adults were so comfortable and had plenty of space. Awesome location to downtown TC. Jenn was great and easy to work with too!!!
