Our 2nd time at this property and it’s been perfect. Awesome location. We will definitely try and stay again.

The place is in an awesome location, just a couple blocks from both the ocean side and the bay side of Mission Beach. It has a parking spot which is an absolute must in that area. The air conditioning came in handy when there were a couple hot days and nights. It has all the amenities we needed: washer and dryer, beach toys/umbrellas/chairs, full range of dishes and kitchen utensils, and odds and ends like tin foil/dishwasher tabs/detergent. The host, Clark, went above and beyond with making us feel welcome and providing recommendations on things to do. The only negative we had was in getting checked in and parked - we didn't get any information or check-in codes until we asked, there aren't any instructions on where to park, and it's a very confusing area between the alleys and walkways. We had to call Clark late at night (sorry Clark!) to figure out how to find the place and get parked. For anyone else who gets confused checking in - each house faces a court which is a sidewalk that leads to the beach and the bay. The house numbers are on the front of each house (facing the court/sidewalk) and you park in the back alley which doesn't have any house numbers or street markings. You park next to the garage (really just a wooden shed) and enter from the side or the front of the house. Overall, this was an excellent property with an excellent host. We would stay here again the next time we visit San Diego.

Perfect home to sit back and relax after a day on the beach! Super close and easy 15 second walk and your feet are in the sand. Can’t wait to go back!

Very spacious & Clean.. Beds were very comfortable. Deck outside is perfect to hang out and enjoy the mornings/evenings. Excellent location to the beach, boardwalk & bars.

This place and owner make you feel like you were at home, I highly recommend this to anyone who has a family or just hanging out with your spouse front outdoor patio was perfect for grilling and family get together. I will be back to this home.

We had a wonderful stay. We have stayed at probably 8 or 9 places in S Mission Beach over the years and this is one of our favorites.

We had a family wedding get together in San Deigo and wanted to treat family members to a nice place to stay near the beach. We chose this location which really worked for our Family of 6 Adults This place was very clean and well stocked with Appliances for our 7 Day stay Having a washer and Dryer was certainly a plus Only draw back is that one bathroom is located thru the back bedroom which make the acess tough for those not staying in that room Do not get me wrong over all this place has plenty of space for 6 adults with the front deck area a wonderful space to enjoy the Sunshine The beach is literally seconds away One last positive is the parking space in the back of the house Overall I give this a high rating Thank You and would definitively use again
