This is an excellent property! Incredibly clean, stylish upgrades and lots of fun stuff to do! Games galore and even a ping pong table in the basement! Quiet neighborhood and very close to the Iowa Equestrian Center.

Great location - quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Rooms are a nice size and very clean.

The house was very clean, and we had everything we needed. Festive decorations for Christmas were a nice touch!

Wonderful quiet home in Cedar Rapids. The bathrooms and kitchen are recently renovated making it a very nice stay for our family (wife, adult daughter and her three children). The home uses hot water heat which makes for even heating throughout the house. The ping pong table was a hit with everyone. The new kitchen was very well appointed and we had no trouble cooking Thanksgiving dinner there! All in all a very clean comfortable cozy home to stay in. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay there at the Worthington Acreage! We got to do early check in and our host was very quick to respond to my questions.

My son was attending a baseball tournament in the area and we have been all hotel’d out. This was the perfect place to call home base for the time we were here. Super Clean, Super responsive owner . I highly recommend

We were in town for a memorial for my mother. The house was perfect for us. The outdoor space was amazing and the ping pong table got lots of use. We would defi itely stay here again the next time we come to visit family!

We had 6 adults and plenty of room with the two living areas. Outdoor fire pit was a favorite end of day gathering spot.

The house looks exactly like the pictures. It is decorated really cute and had everything we needed. There is also a couple of nice conversation spots outside- one under the covered back deck and another nice one around a fire pit. It was very clean and we would highly recommend!

The home was clean and in a nice area. Perfect location for our weekend getaway to visit a distillery and catch up. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well furnished to make meals. Two nice family room areas were also a bonus. Recommended if you need a place to stay in town.

This is a clean, updated, quiet property with room for spreading out or gathering. The outdoor space looks like it would be fun in the summer! The host was prompt in answering my questions. We enjoyed our family time together!

We stayed at this house while we were working a horse show. The house was only 8 min away from the show grounds, very clean, had everything we needed for our short stay. Very nice!

My 3 adult siblings and I had our annual get-together from all corners of the USA. Lynnaya’s home is very clean and modernly decorated with lots of indoor and outdoor space for games and meals together. We especially appreciated the comfy beds and nice bath towels! Lynnaya was quick to respond to my questions. It was perfect for our get-together on a beautiful fall weekend.

Works great for our stays

A wonderful clean place with great amenities! My family enjoyed the ping pong table, board and yard games. A great location to be when visiting Cedar Rapids. The host was very communicative and accommodating It was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting extended family.

We wanted a place to stay for the Iowa State v. Iowa game and it was perfect. Close enough to Kinnick but in Cedar Rapids so much more affordable. The beds were amazing. Loved the touch of original wood with great updates. Would stay here again in a minute.
