WORTH IT Stocked, Clean Garage, walk to Dillon/shop, decks, grill- read reviews!

The property had lots of space inside and the inside was clean. The pictures are pretty much as shown on the listing. The listing says that it is walkable to downtown. If you don't mind crossing a major highway and walking quite a distance, it is walkable. One should also note that you have to walk up, and carry all of your items to the third level to enter the property. There is a major gap between the driveway and the road that made me worry about my vehicle dragging. The most disappointing part was the FILTHY balcony. The dust was so thick on the grill and the table next to it, as well as the furniture, that we didn't even feel like we could use it.

This was our third spring break stay at this condo.It's convenient to ski resorts that our grandchildren enjoy; not to mention numerous restaurants and shopping in the area. Especially appreciate the garage, where our car and ski equipment can be stored out of the weather. Another bonus is the on-site washer & dryer; a must-have when you're staying over a week!

It was clean, comfortable and the host is the best communicator! We will stay there again!

We keep coming back here because of the garage, the spaciousness, location, and hot tubs!

The location was excellent and kitchen was well stocked Close to the grocery. We were glad to have a garage The place was a little dated and the wall sockets are worn out and did not hold the plugs. Unfortunately, the washing machine and dryer were broken. The owner was unable to acquire one when we were there, but sure it will be replaced.

We love the spaciousness and cleanliness of this property! Also the location, king sized bed, garage, hot tub and three bathrooms make it stand out compared to other places. You get a lot of great amenities for the price here!

Great, family friendly property! Easy in and out, close to the grocery store, good restaurants, fun town, liked the hot tubs too!

We had a fantastic experience staying here. We came to the area for a hiking trip, and the location was perfect—about 10 minutes to Loveland Pass, 10 minutes to Frisco, and around 20 minutes to Breckenridge. The house itself was in great shape, spotless, and had spacious rooms with very comfortable living areas where we could relax after long days on the trails. Everything felt well cared for and exactly what we were hoping for in a mountain getaway. When we come back next year, if this house is available, we will definitely stay again.

What a find! The space was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed, and Bill and Dina were very attentive to any and all questions / needs that we had! They made our vacation easy!

This is the second year we've stayed in this condo with our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren (ages 10 & 12) for a family spring-break trip. It's very comfy and cozy to quote our grandson, who also appreciated the board games provided.Our daughter and her family own a condo nearby, so it's very convenient for us to go back & forth. Everyone enjoyed skiing during the day and group meals together in the evening around the large dining table. Just wish there were 2 pull-out sofas in the living room instead of one, as older kids don't like sharing the bed (one ended up sleeping on the floor--his choice!)

I hate to give 5 stars because that means others will want to stay here. My stay here was excellent. The place is perfect, The host was hold off. This was the second time I've stayed at the place.

Wow! This place is even better than we expected! We were impressed with the cleanliness and space. The garage is huge and the mushroom area off the garage is so helpful for storing all your snow clothes and boots. We had a great time here and would love to come back again!

Our favorite thing about this property for a ski trip is the garage right in the unit! It’s so convenient when dealing with ski equipment! This was our second stay at this property and we loved it. Well stocked with many of the things you need (kitchen basics, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, laundry detergent, etc.) Very comfortable stay in a great location convenient to many of the ski resorts in the area. Would recommend!

Owners/managers were wonderful to deal with. Property is as per photos. We had zero issues with our stay. Would happily stay again.

Perfect central location - had all we needed for our ski vacation

Bill should be giving master classes in VRBO hosting. Everything about the experience exceeded expectations. A ten star stay!Communication was timely, easy and clear. We arrived an hour before check-in after a long travel day and one text quickly resulted in an early checkin.The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked - the best of the many properties I have stayed in. We were two couples-husband and I and our 26 yo son and girlfriend there to ski for five days. We ate every meal in and packed our lunches for the slopes. We REALLY appreciated the supply of spices, condiment’s, foil, baggies etc that are part of the kitchen equipment. We tried to add and replace what we used. Over the years I have thrown away many half used jars of mustard, jam and hot sauce at the end of a week and it seems wasteful and environmentally unsound. This was a wonderful change.A comprehensive binder about the house, and neighborhood was welcome.The community hot tub was enjoyed several times.The l”little things” put this property over the top. Bandaids and nice working hairdryers in the baths, along with soap and shampoo if one forgets these items. There is a washer and dryer WITH soap and dryer sheets, the garage has ski racks and a great entrance directly to the house with an area for boot bags, closet and coat hooks.Great Stay great host and a great value.

Of the ten or more VRBO's we have rented, this has been the best one. The owners were very easy to work with and welcoming. In the information book in the condo the first sentence was We are glad you are here.The condo was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher soap.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooking equipment, and plates, forks, etc.It was clean. The beds were good. The location was great. It was close to grocery stores, other shopping, and ski slopes. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, clean, and well supplied. Exactly what was advertised. Warm garage and lower entryway to keep (and dry out) ski equipment. We ski all day and just want a nice place to come back to so we can eat, watch some TV or play games (supplied) and sleep. Then repeat. Owners were in contact before our arrival and before we left.

Was a great stay! We took full advantage of skiing and were able to fully decompress at the house in the evenings. Next time we’re in town, we would love to stay again!

What a great place - spacious with a garage and walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. The host was easily reached and texted back timely help. If I ski in keystone again, this is my spot.

Bill is a great host. He sent me check in keys one week head and let me unload my stuff in early morning. The room s are clean and well stocked. The house is just on the south side of the city market. I can go shopping on feet’s. I will definitely come back. Great experience.

Stayed here with a 3 other friends for a ski trip. Location was perfect distance from Keystone and Breckenridge. House is located within walking distance from shops and stores for food and groceries. House itself was excellent, clean and cozy. Beautiful views waking up in the morning. Excellent communication from the owners. Will most definitely look into this place again for when we travel back to CO for future ski trips!

Place was clean and location was great. Could use a little updating but place was clean and well stocked. Thanks of having us.

The unit was super nice. Clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace was nice on the chilly mornings. Loved the garage! Not really in a walkable area. To walk to lake had to cross a very busy highway. But was easy to get to grocery store. We would stay again.

Relaxing

Great location for a base to go exploring the area from. Owner provided basics in the fridge, plenty of cooking supplies, and condo was clean.

Bed in second bedroom needs new mattress. Had some issues but the people fixed things right away. Lots of stairs.

We enjoyed our visit in Dillon and will definitely be back!

This condo was exactly as advertised. The host Bill and Dina were exceptional at providing very detailed information that were essential for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. lots of space with two decks. Everything you would expect and much more. My wife and I stay in summit County two or three times a year. This has been the best VRBO stay we have had. Exceptional host

This was not just a place to stay. It had everything else needed to make our stay enjoyable.
