Double doors leading to rear garden with large decking area with outside seating and steps down to the south-facing garden. Separate fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, tall fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer machine. Door leads out to garden. Master bedroom (4ft 6ins standard double bed). Second bedroom (2x 3ft single beds). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet).

Parking – up to two vehicle to the front of the house.
