Stayed Dec 14, 2024This property is practically brand new. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our senior pup was even welcome which made the trip even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay Jon and Colleen.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Peaceful paradise. What a beautiful property! The hosts left no stone unturned in this immaculate VRBO. Quiet, comfortable and clean. My husband and I spent three days prior in Tennessee looking for places to relocate. We came to explore the Barron River Lake area for the same reason. This property allowed us to relax at the end of our long days on the road. We cannot say enough about this Woodside Retreat. Look no further, we recommend you stay here. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed May 17, 2025Trip had to be refunded due to severe storm the night before arrival. Was able to partially access outside of the property before deciding to refund. Tree limbs blocked entrance to vrbo and driveway. Storm knocked power out for entirety of weekend. Very nice location. All communications with owner and VRBO refunding was quick and easy.. Will try to rebook in future.
