LARGE home. Indoor pool / hot tub area is great. Big back patio area. Super private. Tons of room to park.

Our stay was not nearly as good as what we had hoped it would be. A few issues we ran into included...1. The internet quality was very poor. We had a difficult time watching any TV because it would buffer every few minutes. 2. The electricity system was odd. It was difficult knowing what light switch turned on what light in the house. Some light switches turned on nothing. The lights that did work then flickered, which caused a bit of annoyance. 3. We were not expecting well water in the house. It smelled like rotten eggs and was not mentioned in the ad. Instead, it was mentioned on a paper inside the house after we had arrived. 4. The ad pictured a TV in the pool room yet there was no TV in there when we arrived. 5. The pool, according to the ad, is heated yet was very cold while we were there. We also had to clean the pool ourselves and found trash inside (example: used q-tip). 6. When we reached out to ask about the temperature of the pool, the host never responded to our message. The home was beautiful and did have the necessary ammenities like many rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, condiments, a water jug, etc. The area is quiet and had comfortable furniture to lay out on. Sadly, the cons outweighed the pros though in this situation.

Great house. Everything about the house was awesome.

We chose this property specifically for the indoor pool, which was advertised as a key feature. Unfortunately, the pool was unusable due to extremely high chlorine levels.Within a short time in the pool area, members of our group, including children, experienced burning skin, rashes, coughing, and respiratory irritation. The indoor air quality was also affected and became uncomfortable due to the strong chemical levels.We contacted the host, who acknowledged the issue and advised us to add water to dilute the chlorine. We followed those instructions and allowed it to sit overnight, but the levels remained unsafe the next day, and the pool was still unusuable.Because the pool was the main reason we booked, this significantly impacted our stay. Once it was clear the issue could not be resolved, we left early.We made a good faith effort to resolve the issue, but the problem persisted.We would strongly caution future guests to confirm the pool is properly maintained, especially if traveling with children or if that amenity is important to your stay.

This is a beautiful Home. It could use a bit of maintenance as the soffit is falling down on the front porch.and a few other things.The property is beautiful!!! The hot tub was nice. The pool could use a good sweep cleaning as it had jellied substance all over the bottom and against the filters in the pool,We wish that upon our arrival there wouldn’t have been sheets of ice on all the walkways in the driveway as with elderly people staying with us it was a bit concerning. I mean, they did plow the driveways . there was not a lot of salt put down. We had to go out and buy salt to melt the ice. The hostess did not communicate well with questions that we needed answers to.as the hostess would either not respond or respond hours later to the message sent to her, And when you try to call the hostess, the voicemail was full. Other than that it was a wonderful time and we enjoyed the house.

This was the most amazing home we have visited! The house on pictures is NOTHING! Walking in to amazing. Small things to tweak but not enough to mention. My family members even talking about booking over and over again. Loved it all. The master was accessible to everywhere in The house!!!!!! It was made for a girl like me!Just amazed! just floored! Just happiness!Sorry no pics it was to gun nobody even had the PHONE!!!!!!

Gorgeous home - the photos don’t do it justice! Wonderful for a family gathering, the owners are thoughtful with small touches & the price for what you get is exceptional!! Loved this place & will be back!

This house was beautiful, very clean, and cozy. It was perfect for our group of friends to enjoy some quality time together and close enough to wineries for us to get out as well. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. We are so grateful for the time we spent here.

The pool smelled really strongly like chlorine. It stuck in our hair and clothes for multiple washes after we left. I’m not sure if it was the correct level.

Very beautiful home. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals. We rented this house for a girls trip to visit covered bridges, wineries, and the beach. We would stay at the house again

Fun long weeeknd we stayed for our annual girls trip.

My husband, myself and my children, had a wonderful three day vacation. The house and the property were immaculate. It was definitely a peaceful experience. We went to the waterfront one day where there were a lot of people, so it was very nice to come back to a tranquil, house and property. Joyce is an exceptional host. All the little extras, from exquisite bathroom, products, little treats, a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a five star dinner. The propane grill was a really nice add in touch to cook our steaks on for our 4th of July dinner.There were also lots of games and books to choose from for those that wanted to partake during our trip. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Having them indoors, we didn’t have to worry about anyone getting a sunburn. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to spend quality time. This is the place you definitely want to choose.

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Only 15-20 for everything, yet lots of privacy around the property.

Stayed here Father’s Day weekend with my wife and her friends for her birthday. The ambiance of the house and pool/hot tub really top it off such an amazing stay we had! Host is easy to reach out to as well!

Stayed 3 nights again at this beautiful home. Enjoyed the pool, thenew reclining furniture in the great room, and keeping an eye on the geese and their goslings. Very clean and quiet home. A wonderful place to stay.

The house was beautiful and accurately listed. Our coaches and players had a great time here. Lots of space to spread out as well as come together for games and eating. We were only ten minutes from the volleyball tournament at Spire.

Great property, clean house and pool! Amazing experience!

We had stayed here once before and absolutely loved it and made plans to come back. The house was still beautiful and the pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect! Overall it was a great weekend getaway with family! The only things I wish were better were the quality of the internet and we were not able to get any of the fireplaces to work. We were unable to utilize any of the televisions for the majority of the trip due to poor internet quality. We messaged the host via the VRBO app and did not receive a response so we did text and were told that is how it is sometimes. Still was perfect for a relaxing weekend away and would still go back!

The home, the location, the quite tranquil lot with super cute touches here and there. It was perfect in its own imperfect way. The goal was to make some amazing family memories, and that mission was accomplished. Our bed in the master room was so comfy...as were the bed linens. WiFi was a small challenge, but that just forced more family time...no complaints there. We will stay there again for sure.

We had another fantastic trip. We utilized every room in the house except for the exercise room... LOL. Perfect place to get away. Secluded but close to everything, We'll be back! Thank you Joyce! Also, thank you for your understanding when we weren't out on time with our car troubles! See you next year!

Wonderful place to stay ~ accomodations were great!

This was our second time staying in this home and we had a great time. The home is spacious and welcoming. The outside was an awesome area to hang out with family. Beautiful patio. The only down fall I would say is around the pool. I recommend bringing carpet mats for around the pool. The pavers are very slippery. However the mats were perfect for our stay. Otherwise the pool is warm and great. Definitely a great place to stay!!!!

We absolutely loved this house! It had plenty of room for our group of 9 and the indoor pool was so nice! Very clean and such a luxury to have that!

Very nice stay. The house is looks exactly like the photos. Large, with lots of space to spread out. They have almost anything you could ever need while staying at a rental. The indoor pool was nice. My children swam about 3 times a day. They have all the pool accessories; bathing suits, puddle jumpers, floats and pool toys. My daughter loved the little waterfall feature off the patio with the frogs. The outdoor property was beautiful as well. There is a nice fire pit out in the wooded area if you enjoy smores or just siting by the fire. Lake Erie access, is about 15 minute drive. We made a day trip there, which was a nice change in scenery. Overall we had a great stay, the only issue was all the misquotes outside. Bring some Deets spray if you want to enjoy yourself outdoors in the warmer months. Something to keep in mind when figuring out who will sleep where, is that the master is on the main level, but has a lot of noise from the pool pumps, great if you like white noise at night like I do. My in-laws like silence better. We gave them the downstairs because there was no steps, but we probably should have swapped places. The host was super responsive. We had a couple issues with tv's and the hot tub control panel not working and they came out to try and fix the issue quickly at a time that was convenient for us. I would highly recommend this place and would return again, but more likely in the colder months as we spent most of our time indoors.

We stayed for a girls trip and had a great time. The house was huge and beautiful. Will for sure stay again.
