The Neighborhood:

Located in quiet Tahoe Vista, the home backs up to a forested ridge offering privacy and great sound insulation. A short drive takes you to Kings Beach for shopping, lakefront dining, and summer activities. In winter, enjoy easy access to Northstar for skiing or explore nearby snowshoe trails and sledding hills.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for accessing nearby attractions. Street parking is only allowed in summer. Driveway parking is maintained during snow, but cars must be moved during early-morning plowing (6–7 am). Salt is available in the garage to manage ice buildup.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

    Nice property with a view of the lake. Property is overall good condition and very comfortable, but has not been recently updated so don’t expect new. Please note they did not supply Firewood so we had to buy it at the grocery store. The fireplace does work well and heats up the living room.
