Wonderfully Comfy Athens Abode

Had a great stay.

Clean, with everything you need- lots of clean towels, dishsoap, paper towels/ Klenex/ cleaning supplies/ laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. Spacious screened in porch with comfy chairs and party lights. Nice primary bedroom with king sized bed and private bathroom. No issues at all, it was exactly what we needed and hassle free!

Our stay was Exactly what we needed to meet our needs. Traveled with two families and two dogs (1:each family). There was enough space for the families to visit, sleep, and dogs to be dogs. Unfortunately it was raining so we limited the time in the yard to reduce muddy paws but were able to walk them in neighborhood and took them to Sandy Creek Park which they loved while we played Disc Golf. Everything was labeled and easy to find and plenty of beds to meet all our needs.

The house was very clean. The neighbor was quiet and safe. We enjoyed the screened in porch area, and the kitchen was stocked very well with pots and pans. The house was pet friendly and even had doggy poop bags available.

We were in town for a swimming championship. The location was great and the house is clean and updated. The beds are super comfortable. The host is very accommodating. We will be back!

We were visiting Athens to tour UGA with our daughter. This property is less than 10 minutes away from the university. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and had all the comforts of home. The home was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The owners of this property were thoughtful in preparing this home. Night lights in the bathrooms, cleaning supplies and even poopy bags to clean up your dogs waste! If we are ever back in Athens, we would definitely stay in this home again.

Perfect location and amenities for us to stay while attending a family event. We chose this home because of the location and ability to bring our dog. Surprised at how open the space felt since it appears smaller from the outside. Would definately would like to stay here again.

Came for the SEC swim championships and this was a great location with tons of room and super clean. Great spot!

Great property, well appointed and updated. Location was great and close to everything we were in town for. Mattresses on the beds were very nice and comfortable. Process was easy all the way around, check out was a breeze, and Joshua was very responsive with any questions we had.

Great house, neighborhood, and location!

This home had plenty of room for a family to spread out. We enjoyed the screened in porch at night. It was close to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. I hope to stay again in the future.
