Wonderful Waterfront Home! Available weeks of 6/27 & 8/15/2026

Our family has nothing but good things to say about this property. It's location gives you access to a fantastic beach that is immediately adjacent to the house. The family room and dining area are co-located in one big open space that has a wall of windows giving you spectacular views of the beach, islands, anchored boats and a light house. It has a deck spanning the back of the house with the same views. The place was well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was well provisioned. Couldn't of asked for a better place.

Wonderful property right on the water in Biddeford Pool. The location is a hidden gem and Dianne’s home is a wonderful place to enjoy it. Awesome water views, stocked kitchen, beautiful yard, was exactly as advertised. We’ll definitely be back with our two young kids!

Such a beautiful spot and can’t find better beach combing at low tide. Perfect for a couple or small group up to six. Everything you need is there and we rented kayaks for even more fun. Can pull them up from the beach

I don't think you can find a better location. It is as close to the ocean as you can get without getting your feet wet.

We had a great time at the beach house. The kids loved the beach, learned how to kayak and walked out to the islands at low tide. Hope to go again next year!!!

From the moment we pulled into the driveway we knew it was going to be an Amazing time! The views are breathtaking. This place had so much to offer. From the relaxing Adirondack chairs looking out onto the ocean, to the steps leading right down to the beach, the option to bbq outside, cook inside or go enjoy a nice meal a few miles down the road. It was so nice to be able to sit out on the deck and watch the spectacular breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, watching the tide come in and then go out so that you could go play on the beach, looking for seashells or walk out onto the sandbars over to the other islands. At night we were able to leave the windows open to get a nice ocean cross breeze. All the locals were very friendly and it was great to be able to drive over to Kennebunkport only 20 minutes down the road for a whale watch. This place is located in a private secluded area where there is nothing but local traffic. It was so relaxing and was nice not to have a worry in the world while we were there. We missed it as soon as we left and were hoping to come back next year with our family and stay longer this time. It was totally worth it and its Just Amazing! My family and I have stayed her the last 7 years and love it! We have made this an annual family tradition. The house is oceanfront and you have your own private beach. There is hiking and shopping nearby - so there is something for everyone. The house is meticulously clean and very spacious. We have booked for this summer and looking forward to another great Maine vacation.

Our family has rented this house for the last 7 years and love it. Beautiful location with beach a stone throw's away. Very close to quaint shops and restaurants. The house is clean and very up to date. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil you can imagine and I love the fact they have an outdoor shower which is great when you have people coming right off the beach with sand. We are looking forward to renting here again this year!

My family and I will be visiting for our 5th year here this summer. Biddeford is such a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful and scenic without the traffic and chaos that you find in the York/Wells/Ogunquit area. At this point we cannot imagine a summer without a week here. This house/property/area has everything we want in a vacation. We fish off the beach as well as kayak fishing and charter fishing trips. The beach offers play, relaxation and adventure, especially when the tide is low. If you have young kids this beach is a dream as it allows you to relax in your beach chair while they play as the water is relatively calm, and when it's low tide there's miles to run and tons of hermit crabs to find. The house inside has everything you need for comfort and relaxation, and the owners genuinely want everything to be perfect for you and for you to enjoy their home as much as they do. The sunrises and sunsets on the deck are absolutely breathtaking!!! While we don't feel the need to leave the property that often, there are things such as grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants in town. We also visited a brewery/restaurant nearby that was excellent. We are so thankful that we found this home away from home, and we look forward to many more years here!!!

Of all the houses we have rented this one was pretty special. The house is clean,modern,open and spacious with incredible views from all of the windows inside. There are so many great places from this house to take in the incredible views we used them all, from the deck which we loved where you can enjoy your lunch, dinner or just relax and look out at the moored boats, different Islands, watch the changing tides,or see colorful little sailboats being towed out for lessons. The rockers in the front window are nice to sit in have your morning coffee and watch the fishermen. The lawn area was a great spot to grill or after coming off beach and showering to set up Happy Hour and continue taking in those great views,we really loved the fact the house had a lawn, the outdoor shower was also a big plus. One of the best features of the house are the private stairs to the beach, just a few steps down and your on the beach. The beach we pretty much had to ourselves, there was really no one around,not sure why but great for us. We fished,we played KanJam and cornhole on a really nice cornhole board provided by the house and we took daily walks to the islands. The big surprise was how clean the water was we weren't sure what to expect not being familiar with the area, maybe little rocky,hoping not to much seaweed but it was soft sand, no seaweed and really clean water, we loved swimming. If you don't feel like cooking or driving to far Buffleheads is right down the road it has great food so there were a few take outs because no restaurant has better views to dine by then the house. The owner is very nice and makes it easy so when you get to the house there are really no questions on what to do. What a great house that fit's any age for one of the most enjoyable relaxing vacations, can't wait for next year!
