The minimum stay at Casa Light Blu is 4 nights, extended to 7 nights only during the period from 18/07/26 to 21/08/26, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in after 21:00 and until 24:00 is available upon prior agreement and must be settled on arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros is required in cash upon arrival and will be returned at departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damages. A tourist tax of 1.20 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights during the period from 01/03 to 31/10, payable in cash on arrival. Pets are not permitted at the property. The rental rates include kitchen gas consumption, water, electricity, and final cleaning. Bath towels are changed mid-week, beach towels are changed weekly, and bed linen is replaced on a weekly basis. Kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms receive a weekly cleaning of 3 hours.
