Wonderful southfacing Poolhome at Lake jolie

This stunning lakefront pool home, facing the south, offers an array of desirable
features. As you step outside, you are greeted by breathtaking water views,
complemented by a fantastic pool and spacious lanai area. The kitchen is beautifully
designed with open concept, boasting elegant granite countertops. The dining and
living area are generously sized, providing ample space for entertaining. The master
bedroom is grand, featuring a luxurious King bed and an en-suite bathroom with sliding
doors leading to the lanai. Additionally, the second and third bedrooms are spacious
and offer large closets for storage. Villa Lake Jolie is truly an exceptional property that
embodies elegance and charm.
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dishwashing liquid and some dishwashing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
(We offer a starter Kit with 1 Toilet paper for each Bathroom, small dish soap,
small laundry soap and a few dishwasher tabs, Hand soap and Disinfectants, fresh dishcloth and a roll of Paper towels.
Beach towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella and Cooler are provided.
