Wonderful Oceanfront Home! Amazing Views! Lots of Amenities

Your home is beautiful and in a great location! Everything was really clean and tidy. Thanks for the thought and preparation for our stay. For us the biggest criticism was the quality of the mattresses. We are older and just didn’t sleep well at all on any of your mattresses. I finally was able to rest on the couch. The other suggestion is that the frying pans and cooking spatula was old and worn. We just bought us some while we were there. And one small thing is that the fridge needs a new filter and only produced crushed ice but the garage fridge had a good supply. Thanks for asking. And thanks for renting us your home. This home was beautiful, amazing views, the perfect size for 5 adults. Loved the game room, beds were comfortable. We've stayed in Morro Bay/Cayucos area many times, this house was the best. Could use some furniture updates and a Kuerig but other than that, house was an A!!

This was a wonderful property. The views from the living room were stunning. My children particularly enjoyed the games room. Easy access to the beach and a short drive to restaurants. Would certainly stay here again.

Quiet, great views and access to beach.

We’ve been taking our family to Morro Bay/Cayukos for over 30 years. Since finding this house, we try to stay in it as often as possible. The location, the extra touches (the game room) and the views/access to the beach are perfect. Always a good time.

The home was very clean and the view was spectacular. We had a wonderful week’s stay here. We appreciated the good amount of furniture available in the living room and dining areas, the awesome toys in the garage, the spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and having a hot tub. We were here with our two friends so there were four of us; all adults. One downside was the only other queen bed butted up against the wall opposite the master bedroom. So to allow for privacy and individual space we chose the kids’s room on the other end and shared a full-size bed for the week. It actually ended up better than we expected because the bed was comfortable, but more space would have been nice. The only trouble we had was with appliances - the outdoor grill, the dishwasher, the tv’s the master bath hot water handle… these items all have ongoing issues, which the owner has printed instructions in the book on how to fix them if they are not working. It seems if appliances have ongoing issues, maybe it’s time to replace them. The maintenance man had to come out to fix the barbecue and it still ended up not working three out of five nights. Also, the hot tub has an economy setting in place so if we were in there in the later evening hours, it started to cool off by itself and we couldn’t change it. In the morning and during the day, it was fine, but we struggled with temperature at night. Communication with management was excellent. It’s a really beautiful location for sure.

We had a great time at the house! The views are unbeatable. Game room is amazing. Just had a few minor qualms: 1. we could not get the spa hot enough and 2. there were minor cleanliness issues like I found a cigarette butt in the garage/game room and some dirty utensils, dishes, etc. in the kitchen drawers/cabinets. All in all, the house was clean, perfectly located, and we would definitely stay there again!

Huge windows let in gorgeous daylight and views. The house was very clean, and stocked with enough kitchen gear to make our dinners (bring your own oil, salt/pepper, spices). TVs in every room. Beds weren’t the greatest but we slept! Cars will often park in front of the house on the street to get to the beach, somewhat obstructing the view, but what are you gonna do???

We were 2 families with teenagers that spent 3 days in this house. It was well equipped for 8 people. The views of the ocean from the windows is amazing and the highlight of our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and gadgets. An ideal get away for a few days.

Wonderful location! Sand dollars all over the beach! The ping pong, an puzzle and movies kept us happy on a rainy day… A bike ride distance to Morro rock… Walking distance to the tide pools. A short drive into town for restaurants, awesome seafood! About 40 minutes to Hearst Castle! Overall we had a wonderful week!

Great weekend getaway! Home was beautiful with a perfect location to the beach!!! Clean and well stocked, we had everything we could ever need. Plenty of patio space to watch the sunsets and the living room had an amazing view of the beach. Bonus game room was a plus for the boys to keep busy. Would love to visit again!!

My husband and I booked this house as a surprise for my Grandma who turned 99 years old during the stay. The house was perfect for her, my uncle, and two cousins who drove her over from Fresno. My grandma’s favorite thing to do is sit and stare are the ocean and this house was perfect for her to do just that. The view is quite impressive and the sunsets each night were amazing! We had a family birthday BBQ at the house and we enjoyed the “game room” set up in the garage. It’s also such a short walk to the beach that my cousins went down and walked on the beach each morning. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the large dining table was a perfect place for my family to gather for dinner. I can’t say enough good things about this house… wonderful memories were made. Thank you!

Second time staying at this wonderful house. Such a special place for us to visit each year. We love the view out the expansive windows, hot tub, easy parking, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. See you next year!

The view was outstanding! Great place for a small family reunion. We enjoyed all of the water adventures and had great ping pong tournaments. The spa was used to warm up after a great time exploring the ocean. We can't wait to come back!

Great vacation home. Lots of space, well stocked and great views. The kids enjoyed the game room and bunkbeds! We loved the close proximity to walking out to the beach. This is sometimes an issue with having little ones and even some of the ocean front homes have a long walk to a path. This home has quick access less than a block away to the tidepool areas that our grandkids love to visit. We will definitely be back again!
