Stayed May 24, 2025This home is very run down and not well equipped, not at all well maintained. The house was very dirty and just about every dish we took out of the cabinets was dirty. The pool was good but the yard needed to be weeded and all the outdoor furniture needed to be cleaned. The location is amazing and the views can’t be beat. But I don’t recommend this house.

Stayed Aug 22, 2020Great location on the dunes and beachfront. Heads up that there is no lifeguard stand in front of the property which makes for a long walk with kids/equipment on the beach. Pool was a huge hit and helped a great deal with kids. Property is older with some tired looking design, but perfect for younger kids. Realtors were responsive as was owner who replaced a broken dishwasher within 24 hours. We had a great week overall. Location was close enough to shopping/restaurants etc. Biggest con for us had nothing to do with the house. Biting flies were horrible 3-4 days of our stay. 3 of those impossible to stay on beach.
