Comfortable Stay with Thoughtful HospitalityWe had a lovely experience at Paul's place in Cape May. The home was very comfortable, with soft beds that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Paul was incredibly helpful and attentive—he kept us informed about the Nor’easter approaching, which gave us peace of mind and helped us plan ahead.Thankfully, we were able to enjoy everything on Saturday without any issues. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Washington Street, where all the shops and restaurants are. Having so many great food options and charming boutiques nearby was a real bonus.We took a trolley tour, which was a fun and informative way to see the town, and the whale and dolphin watcher cruise was a highlight—such a peaceful and exciting experience on the water. Cape May truly delivered, and the place was the perfect home base. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication with our host, Paul, made for an easy check-in process. I messaged him once during our stay with a question and he got right back to me. The condo was basic, but it has everything we needed to cook, meals, etc. we could walk down to the beach, and we were conveniently located to a number of burning locations, which was the purpose of our stay. A group comprised of five adult adults fit just perfectly in this condo.

The condo was a perfect size for the 7 of us. As listed, it’s in walking distance from everything you need in Cape May. They supply beach items. The home decor is very cute and beachy. There are 2 decks that look out over a beautiful marsh. I would come back here!

We had an excellent stay! A beautiful house- very clean, well-kept, wonderful amenities, well stocked! We can’t say enough about this awesome rental. It was well located to everything we wanted to do! Thank you for the privilege of vacationing at your home!

There are no negatives to share about this property. Everything was clean and organized. The beds have better mattresses than any other beach house we’ve rented. The kitchen is well equipped. One thing to note is that there are three flights of stairs in this townhouse. It’s not a good property for anyone who struggles physically.

Location is great for a December stay in Cape May with a young family - easy stroller walk to downtown! As with any residence, you need to baby/toddler proof a bit.

This was the perfect location for access to the Washington Street Mall, The Beach, great dining options, West End Garage, Exit 0 and so much more. Owner was very good with communication!

Overall, great location. Right next to everything. Literally walking distance with a troller. Great spot!

This condo is just a short walk from the Mall and beach as well as the Victorian houses. It's also comfortable and well equipped for our family. We hope it continues to be the place we stay for our weekend in October.
