Some complaints that the twin beds in the basement were uncomfortable. Both king beds were very comfortable. Could use a handyman to spend half a day and make minor repairs, but major systems, appliances and the hot tub were in good working order. Very thankful the driveway is flat!

The listing is accurate, the property was clean, and we enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay. There were plenty of bedrooms and two large living rooms with comfortable couches. However, there’s a large chunk missing from the front steps that felt unsafe, especially when covered in snow, and the basement living room Wi-Fi was intermittent, which interfered with watching movies and sports. The Wi-Fi in the upstairs living area is fine. There are also a few simple handyman type things that need to be done and the management has been notified about those.

Amenities were great for what we had planned, and the location and parking were perfect for mostly senior citizens, some of whom had some mobility problems. Although not handicapped accessible, the layout of the house made it quite convenient. Hot tub and outdoor grill were new and enjoyed. The grill is directly plumbed to the house LP, so no fooling with empty propane tanks! Kitchen and dining areas were great and the outdoor deck seating is perfect when the weather allows.

Very spacious house in a beautiful area but it could use some updating and a deep cleaning. Appliance feel tacky as do the cabinet handles. Many of the windows are missing the cranks to open them, screens are dirty and have holes. The sliding door off the kitchen will not lock. The front steps are in bad condition and dangerous. There is no railing on the basement steps. The quality of the paper towels and toilet paper could be upgraded and more could be provided. Also the main floor beds could be upgraded to kings or queens. As I said the house is spacious and in a beautiful setting. It met our needs but could be a lot nicer with a little TLC!

The floorpan works well for larger groups with plenty of sleeping space for kids in basement and loft. It is a short drive to the ski lodge, or walkable if parking is an issue.

The location is within walking distance to the lodge. We can also access the slips from here. The house is showing its age and can use some repairs.

It is a large accommodating cabin with and plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces. There were 12 individual beds and none were bunk beds. Several of the mattresses may need to be replaced as well as some of the kitchen cookware but didn't impact our enjoying the property.
