WONDERFUL DOWNTOWN AUSTIN HOUSE WITH YARD IN UPSCALE QUAINT NEIGHBORHOOD

Gorgeous home in a great neighborhood. The house was so comfortable for our group. The hosts were great with communication and helping us with logistics. We would love to stay here again!

Molly's house is very well appointed, it is in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to excellent dining venues, coffee shops and neighborhood bakeries. It has lots of space, very neat and well organized, the kitchen has all the amenities of home. We really enjoyed our stay and would surely return. Molly was kind and courteous, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. We got lots of recommendations for venues from her, and she is a great host. Thanks very much for letting us use your place.

This was a perfect choice for our girls' weekend. We were able to walk just about anywhere we wanted to go - including some really good restaurants! I read reviews stating that the house was very well stocked and they were not wrong! Molly was so accommodating and responsive; she made it easy and comfortable from start to finish.

My family and I traveled to Austin to view the solar eclipse and stayed in this beautiful home for a week. It was spacious and comfortable for my husband and I, my parents and 3 kids ages 13,10, and 8. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and lovely outdoor patio. The location couldn't be better. We loved that the neighborhood was cute and quiet, yet we could walk to the downtown area, Whole Foods, and great restaurants when we chose to. Our host Molly shared wonderful restaurant suggestions and we were impressed with all of them we had a chance to try. We had an amazing trip to Austin and would absolutely stay here again! We have stayed in VRBOs all over the US and a few outside, and I can confidently say this one was the best equipped and came with the very best hosts. We wanted to spend Xmas with our daughter in Austin (traveling from the east coast) and hoped to create a homey family-feeling in a space we’d never been. Thanks to Molly, it worked! She was so helpful with EVERY aspect right down to furnishing a tree. She provided numerous spot-on suggestions and even answered my questions on Xmas Eve. The location, the interior, etc were all as pleasing as described in other reviews. What is unique about this property is the attention to detail by the owners to ensure an exceptional experience for the visitors. We wouldn’t consider staying elsewhere in Austin now that we’ve experienced all that this home and its owners offer.

The property was perfect and the proximity to our meeting couldn't have been better. Her home was warm and cozy. We felt right at home. She had the house stocked with just about everything you would need. Molly was wonderful to work with and I would stay there again if the opportunity arises. I highly recommend this property. It is close to downtown Austin and great restaurants and tourist attractions.

We rented this beautiful home to attend an University of Texas football game and it was exactly as advertised. Communication with Molly was super easy and really fun. Great location just west of downtown with bars and restaurants a short walk away. Couldn’t more highly recommend.

We had our family vacation (6 adults & 2 kids) in Austin and this beautiful home was perfect for our visit! The home was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The multiple levels provide space for everyone to gather together or find a quiet spot to read a book. There were two of the most amazing parks for the kids close to the home and a ton of restaurants/bars/bakeries within walking distance for the adults. Most of which had really nice outdoor seating available. Molly is hands down the best owner that we have dealt with! She provided so many ideas and recommendations for dining/activities that definitely enhanced our family vacation. She was also incredibly accommodating for any/all requests we threw her way. I just can’t overstate what a pleasure it was to rent from Molly! I give the highest recommendation for this home and will absolutely return if we make a repeat visit to Austin!

The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great and felt safe to walk around in and accessible to many things without a car. Molly was a wonderful host, very communicative with a lot of recommendations. Nice touches like having water ready for us when we arrived and shampoo in the showers. We felt taken care of!!
