Wonderful, comfortable, Ibizan finca near Santa Gertrudis up to 12 persons

In the heart of the island lies Santa Gertrudis, not only known for its legendary and quaint bars like Bar Costa or Es Canto. A bit off the beaten track, just behind the village of Santa Gertrudis on the road to San Miguel, is the finca Can Mari in the middle of the countryside.
Here you can really relax from the tourist bustle.

Can Mari is a typical Ibizan, and very comfortable country house, which has over 400 m2 of living space.
Enjoy your vacation in the beautiful countryhouse with large pool and sun terrace surrounded by orange groves on a 100,000 m2 plot.

During the renovation of the house in 2006, great care was taken to preserve the original style and its elements. For example, the sabina-wood ceiling beams are preserved, and the characteristic, extra-thick walls keep the interior temperature of the house cool in summer, making the use of air conditioning often unnecessary. The finca has seven bedrooms, five with double beds, the other two have two single beds each. Each room has its own color scheme.
There are four high-quality bathrooms, one of the bathrooms has a hydromassage bath and the others have a shower. The kitchen has all the amenities, such as fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine. There is a large dining room and two spacious living areas, equipped with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, music system and WIFI Internet connection.

The wonderfully large pool, the BBQ corner with chillout lounge and the generous natural stone pool terrace with sun loungers made of wood invite you to refresh yourself and enjoy the sun. A fully equipped laundry room is also available. The central heating can be switched on request in the colder months, but will be charged extra.

Just a few kilometers from Can Mari are some of the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza, Benirras and Puerto de San Miguel.
The complete pool area is fenced. Entrance, garden and pool can be illuminated beautifully at night!
