Wonderful Canal Front Pool Home With Beautiful Sunsets

It was a much needed break after not traveling for over a year. I loved that we had a private pool and didn’t have to share our space with strangers.

We have rented a lot of houses in South Florida and this was the best.. and the pool was fantastic , big enough and well heated.The house is well stocked and very clean and the manager was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Thje neighborhood was nice . Great for bike riding.

This home had everything we desired for a restful family vacation. Well located for day trips, excellent dining, sights and shopping. This is a home away from home with perks! Great water activity and pool view on many sides. The owner and property manager could not be more helpful with quick responses and great referral info. Would stay here again and again!

The house was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager and owner were helpful and easy to work with. We stayed the week of Christmas and they even set up a Christmas tree for us!

Had a wonderful time. Plenty of attractions close by to keep us busy. No issues with the property as we found it was in perfect condition as advertised. Thanks for making our stay very comfy. Will check this property for our next Florida stay.

We stayed in this lovely, comfortable home for two months in the winter of 2017. The neighborhood is really nice, quiet, walkable and very well kept. We were very close to the Rotary Park, Cape Harbor, the Marina Village and lots of good places to eat and shop. The owners equipped the spacious house very well, with all the dishes and cookware needed and excellent new appliances. The pool was warm and clean and got a lot of sun. We enjoyed the TV service as well because of the channel choices and prime time on demand. Two bicycles in great shape were available to us which was a real plus! The longer we stayed, the more we liked this house.. The property manager was excellent, too. We had very few issues but when we did, she was very responsive and accommodating and the issues were resolved. We look forward to returning in 2018.

This home was very comfortable. The weather was perfect in March enabling us to spend most of our time on the lanai or in the heated pool. Outdoor furniture was plentiful. The kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances and cooking implements. No need to bring spices, they are all there. Beds also comfortable. Plenty of towels for everyone. Mary Jane the property manager is awesome. Always helpful and appreciated. Thank you Beth for welcoming us into your home.

We had booked this lovely home for a weeks' vacation with our adult children. The accommodation is spacious and located in an upscale quiet neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. We had everything we needed and purchased groceries at near by Publix and Walmart stores. The beach chairs and cooler came in handy for a day at the beach and the private heated pool was thoroughly enjoyed. When the temperatures are cool, you can enjoy a cross breeze from the enclosed lanai and listen to the birds. Six of us comfortably slept in the 3 bedrooms, each with ceiling fans. The owner and representative were available for questions. Would love to return again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The property was just as described and all of the furniture was very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The sun filled lanai and pool were a joy.The owner was easy to deal with. We would stay here again and have recommended it to our friends.
