Wonderful, beachside elevated home with great ocean views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! 10 Sand Dune Lane is a very nice house! Close to grocery store & connector. Short walk to Coconut Joes & The Dinghy. Very clean inside. Grill was clean & in good working order too. My only dislikes were the primary bedroom pillows were flat & lumpy. Had to scavenge pillows from another bedroom & even those were not great either. Please replace them with 2 new “flat” & 2 new “fuller/fluffier” pillows so folks have a choice. My other dislike was the washing machine. I do laundry almost every night (bathing suits, towels, workout clothes) so the washing machine is very important in our rental. This washing machine had a water sensor so I could not get it to fill with water to put my liquid detergent in to get it mixed before putting the clothes in. And the clothes were never covered in water! Nothing I washed seemed clean. So gross. I couldn’t wait to get home and re-wash everything we brought so the clothes would be clean. Sadly, the washing machine alone would be a deterrent from us renting this lovely house next year. Sure hope this can get rectified.

We stayed for a month, and it was so relaxing and was a wonderful way to recharge and refresh our lives. The sea air and amazing views combined with this perfectly outfitted home made this a trip to remember. We will be back again next year!

The house was perfect for our family stay. The beach was just steps away and so we’re all the island activities. I can’t recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to come back.

The view was beautiful. We are from Washington state so we knew nothing about the area. I wish there had been some menus for local places or some info on what to do in the area. Also we had to buy everything, there were no beach towels or chairs. Not even one or two pods for laundry. We had to go to the store right away after a long travel day. We were only there a few days so we didn’t want to go through the hassle of renting a bunch of stuff.
